Amazing LOFT located in the heart of Palermo Hollywood. The building, "Los Silos de Dorrego",is a refurbished ex grain factory from 1920, surrounded with a huge garden full of ancient trees. The complex has this green space to enjoy, with a large (heated) swimming-pool. Also has a gym, dry sauna and a restaurant & bar only for residents. The loft is super unique and stylish. With a cool taste in every detail. double high and tall walls with huge windows, both with views to the pool and garden.

We love every minute we stay in Alejandro's apartment, he alone is a love of a person, gave several tips on where to go and what to do ! The view of the apartment is beautiful, the concierge works 24h, there is metro, restaurants and fast food close to go ! The building has a great structure with gym, sauna and even laundry (you have to book laundry). We stayed 7 nights and had full assistance from Alejandro answered our whats whenever he could, msm he tbm being on vacation. Super recommend me my wife and my daughter enjoy everything !

This place is fantastic. It was my second stay in this building (different hosts) and this visit was so much better. Carolina and Federico were very communicative. Apartment was as described and near the top. Soap and shampoo was provided which isn't always the case with Airbnb. I strongly recommend this place.

Franco is a great host. The apartment is beautiful. The building has 24/7 security which is very nice. The pool on the roof is beautiful. Great views of Buenos Aires. You can even see the river when standing in the kitchen.

We are very pleased with our stay! The apartment is super clean, the view from the balcony is wonderful and the location in Palermo is excellent. The kitchen is well-equipped, with everything needed to prepare quick meals. The heating worked perfectly, the environment is very quiet and the linens were impeccably clean and fragrant. Cynthia was an attentive, helpful and very flexible host with the check-out, which made all the difference in our experience. We felt at home and we would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it!

Marcela’s place is perfect! Near Palermo’s neighbourhood, many cool bars and restaurants around. It also provides many amenities like laundry, swimming pool, sauna and gym. Marcela is genuinely kind and very helpful, she accepted an early check-in and was responsive whenever I required guidance. Definitely recommend for anyone visiting Buenos Aires.

Beautiful apartment in a great neighborhood and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shopping and public transport. Vicky was a very responsive host, there was a small issue with the TV and she personally came and solved it right away. I would definitely stay again!
