The appliances are new and consist of an oven and electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, electric turkey, toaster, and a refrigerator with freezer. The air conditioning is cold/hot and the room also has a ceiling fan for those who cannot tolerate direct cold air. Hot water comes from the building's central boiler, making it easy to take long, pleasant baths. Under the kitchen counter is a modern washing machine. All doors are lockable and the room can be locked from its access corridor, thus becoming a "private suite" with the bathroom. I like to socialize, I can assist guests at any time, by email or cell phone. I live very close to the apartment, I can come if they need me. I provide guests with a complimentary public transportation card that can then be recharged at nearby kiosks. Ezeiza airport (international) is one hour in average from the apartment by taxi, and J. Newbery airport (national) is 20 minutes by taxi. It's important to mention that the building do not have elevators, so you will have to step two floors by staircase.
