We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

It's a peaceful place, with panoramic views and the convenience of having excellent local restaurants (& wine makers) nearby. Monolocale con angolo cottura attrezzato, bagno e lavanderia. Completamente indipendente si trova in un borgo del 1400 ristrutturato, nell’Appennino Tosco-Emiliano, località Marzabotto-Luminasio. Il borgo dista 2 kmq (in salita)da Marzabotto e circa 20 kmq da Bologna. Marzabotto è raggiungibile da Bologna con treno o bus. Ma per arrivare al borgo bisogna avere la macchina perché non ci sono mezzi pubblici che da Marzabotto portano a Luminasio.
