Great location, the beach is absolutely wonderful. Our girls spent hours playing. Fab hosts who even gave us recommendations about what activities to do. We can’t wait to come back!

The place was really beautiful, the paintings in the room made them brighter. Graca was very helpful throughout the stay answering any queries we had. Kitchen had a lot of utensils for big groups and the view from Terrace was amazing

Thank you Norbert for restoring our faith in Airbnb! The place was exactly as described, local to everything and nice little touches like beer and juice in the fridge were appreciated. The kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans as well as a range of condiments. Beds were comfortable and great choice on TV.

We had a great stay. The house has it all, with a lot of detail. 100% recommended! And Maria is very friendly and helpful. A pleasure!

We met wonderful, likeable and helpful hosts with Karijn and Brian and immediately felt very welcome. In the very nice house Raminhas, very tastefully and exquisitely furnished, with a large property and very beautifully landscaped garden near the two houses, we recovered well and enjoyed our two weeks weeks. We say thank you to Karijn and Brian and will be happy to come back!

Teresa was very helpful and responded immediately. The instructions were clear and we had no problem finding the accommodation or gaining entry. The door is amazing, such an ancient architectural feature. The accommodation was great, the kitchen was well equipped, modern and clean. We loved the outdoor terraces and spent a lot of time drinking wine whilst enjoying the view from the roof terrace. We really enjoyed our stay and no doubt will be back. Thank you. 🤩

Great location! Five minute walk to the water front, ferry, close to restaurants and cafes. Pedro was friendly and very responsive, the place was spotless, provided a cot for our baby which was so helpful and the kitchen had everything we need for a family with small children (including washing machine!). We were there in winter but I would have loved to make more use of the pretty outdoor terraces (covered and sunshine options)!

We would definitely stay again if allowed. It was a bit difficult to find on the first pass but Fernando arranged for someone to look out for us and show us in. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the town was lovely and walkable! Stay here if you are able!

We really enjoyed our stay here .. It is very clean, well decorated, and well located. Moreover, Tatania (the host) is very kind and friendly person. If I’m coming back to Faro again, I’ll definitely choose this place again!

At this time of year it is mostly older people looking for long term rental to escape to warmer weather. The apartment is in a wonderful position and there is plenty of watching to be done sitting on the balcony. It is also directly on the promenade so it means easy, comfortable flat walking. Restaurants, supermarkets and coffee shops are so easy to get to and the local free bus once an hour gets you to most places nearby.

Aleksandra is an amazing super host. She was very responsive, caring, flexible, proactive and made us feel at home and took care of everything. Her apartment is very comfortable snd beautiful on the top floor of a 4 story building with a big beautiful terrace with expansive views. The apartment was very clean. We had everything we needed. It is bright and airy. It looks like the photos. There is no elevator in the building but it was not an issue for us. There is no air conditioning but the weather was perfect and we did not need it. The location is very good snd walkable. We felt safe. I will definitely stay there again.

We stayed one week as Valentinas guests and everything went as smoothly as we wished for. The apartment is easy to find, and even though it’s a calm and private neighbourhood, with a car you can get on the highroad within a few minutes, which makes it a perfect starting point for exploration. Olhão is also a nice small town with a lovely promenade and good restaurants. Check in was very flexible, despite us arriving in the evening. Carlos made us feel at home right away and gave some good tips on the region.

We booked very last minute and Diogo replied to messages quickly allowing us to go ahead and book flights and car rental to make the trip work. The Condo was perfect, and bigger than it looked in the photo's. Really nice pool area, and location was a good for walking 15 minutes to the marina or beach. Also Grace's restaurant was 2 minute walk where we ate a few times, and nice food and friendly staff.

Just had a brilliant stay at Ana’s place. Location was fantastic, right by the marina and about five minute walk to the beach. The restaurants on the square where the accommodation is are all brilliant too - we went to Il Trio (Italian) and Chilly Indiano (Indian) were superb! The balcony had the sun all day and was sheltered from the wind. Having an air fryer and coffee machine in the kitchen was also great and very convenient!

We had a great stay at Jorges apartment. The apartment had everything we needed for travelling with two children. The apartment was only a short walk from the beach and local restaurants. Our second time staying here (we stayed in the upstairs apartment last year) and definitely won’t be our last 😊

Lovely 2 bed apartment in the old town. Spotlessly clean and fantastic communication to facilitate a last minute booking. Ana, who manages the complex, and her husband, were super responsive to any of our questions or needs. As others have highlighted, the large terrace which is not overlooked by anyone is pretty special and the flat is very homely and stylish. Just to note that the shower issues mentioned in previous reviews were not an issue anymore - the shower worked very well with no issues!

We stayed for a week in November 2024 and the location was great, regardless of what the weather was going to bring. The beaches are close by; MAR/ Designer Outlet were 15-20 minutes leisurely drive away and Forum not much longer. Faro old town was similarly close too. If you are a golfer, this is a perfect location to be in and if you are not, it is an upmarket area, with a very nice atmosphere. The property was large enough for us as a couple and having the satellite TV in so many languages will make it suitable for a range of nationalities. The local Pingo Doce is literally 5 minutes away, making life very easy, whether picking up essentials, or products for cooking in the ample kitchen in the condo. In all, a very nice stay.

It was great time , great place and great Rui. Apartment really clean and has everything that you can need. We have breakfast at home( all equipment at your service), for lunch and dinner we choose every time different restaurant and enjoy best food . Beach just couple minute away. Spain and Portugal was so nice even at off season time. We think our vacation in Manta Rota at Rui's apartment was good idea, hope to do this again!
