Villa vacation rentals in Vila Real de Santo António

From first booking we had excellent communication with the owners. We decided to get the pool heated and use there transfer service. The pool was a good temperature on arrival and the transfer was excellent service. We were greeted at the villa by Pavel (Villa manager), he was very friendly, he showed us the working of the villa and what the area had to offer locally. We did have an issue with the A/C, we made contact with Pavel and the issue was sorted within a few hours (great service). Everything that was advertised on the listing page described the villa exactly. I would highly recommend staying here and we look forward to a return holiday at the villa.

For us, the nearby park was perfect for walking the dog. We liked the location very much, it is nice and quiet. Also within walking distance to Olhão center. Communication with the host works perfectly. The apartment has everything you need. We had a very good time here!

This is a beautiful villa and pool with a breathtaking view down over the hills to the sea and islands in the distance. The whole place is spotlessly clean and furnished to a very good standard with comfortable beds, sofas and sunbeds and both indoor and outdoor dining spaces. The pool is spacious and inviting and. makes a lovely focal point in the garden. Matthijs is an excellent host, responding swiftly to messages in a helpful and friendly manner. We highly recommend this villa.

Perfect accomodation for our family of 4, also the host was really helpful during our stay which was most appreciated (i.e. quick to repond to the odd query we had and very helpful etc). Plus the pool is fab, and it's in a nice and peaceful area, and walkable to plenty of places to eat and the beach.

Casa Bela Vista was the perfect house for us to enjoy some quiet family days. With an amazing view and all the amenities, our stay couldn’t be any better. António was always available and very friendly.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful, spacious villa. The property was just as described, with comfortable beds and plenty of room for everyone. The stunning views and private heated pool were definite highlights! A special thanks to **Silvia and Mickey**, who were outstanding agents—always responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to communicate with. Their support made our stay even more enjoyable. A few minor suggestions for improvement: - The pillows and linens could use refreshing for added comfort. - Additional hand towels would have been useful. - The sofa bed in the studio is better suited for shorter guests. The location was excellent, with a lovely restaurant within walking distance. A car is essential for groceries and exploring the area, but the convenience and scenery made it worthwhile. With just a few small updates, this villa would be absolutely flawless. We’d happily return and highly recommend it to others!

The accommodation was perfect, it was clean, spacious and well equipped. The outside area was the highlight with seating, sun beds, pool and bbq area. Bruno was very helpful and answered questions quickly. The location was a short uber/taxi from the main area (€5) which was no problem for us. A fantastic stay and would definitely recommend.

HPaco and Steven were truly exceptional hosts! We arrived during a surprise blackout, but Paco responded right away and went out of his way to help us settle in—something we deeply appreciated. Their home is beautiful, with a lovely pool and inviting outdoor space. While it was a bit too chilly for a swim during our visit, we could easily imagine enjoying it in warmer weather. The location is ideal—just 30 minutes from Faro and an hour from Lagos—perfect for day trips and exploring the region. We’d absolutely love to return and highly recommend this fantastic place to anyone visiting the area!

Beautiful place in a lovely area. The house looks just like the pictures if not better. It’s very functional and everything you might need is there. It’s located close to the beautiful beach. Everyone was very helpful and I would definitely recommend this place and stay there again . Thank you!

We four friends had a very nice time in this fantastic house and found exactly what we were looking for: sunrise, sunset, a view of the vastness of the mountains, absolute peace... The pool was my joy despite my injured leg! The house is furnished with great attention to detail, which also contributed to our relaxation! Thank you also for the friendly and helpful contact! After our vacation in Madeira was canceled due to a forest fire, we never thought we would find such beautiful accommodation at the last minute. We would love to come back!

One of the most beautiful Airbnbs we have ever stayed in! I couldn't recommend it enough and hope to return. The space is even better than the photos, with each apartment having their own kitchenette & bathroom. The backyard was incredible and made for an amazing space to spend time with family. The property manager, Ines, was extremely welcoming and responsive. If you're considering renting Casa Bela Vida - it's a must!

We had a great stay in the Villa. It matched our expectations. Everything was clean and well maintained. Some of the decor was older but well kept. We thoroughly enjoyed swimming in the pool, relaxing by the outside seating areas and suntanning in the private outdoor area. Thank you kindly for having us. All the best!

The stay at this rental was absolutely amazing. Jacky was a gracious host and was there for any need and informed us of the villa very well . As of the villa , the place was pristine and full of the amenities listed . Would love to come back here.

We stayed in this house for 11 nights - myself, my husband, our two young children, and parents. It was ideal for a family stay, with everything on one level, making it safe and practical for the kids. We hired a car, as it’s too far to walk anywhere, but Vilamoura and the large supermarket in Quarteira are only 5–10 minutes away by car. We chose to have the pool heated, as the weather in early May was cooler than expected. It was expensive, but necessary with small children. One downside was that some door locks were broken, so we had to lock the shutters on three rooms whenever we went out or at night, which was a bit inconvenient. Margarida was very helpful, communication was great, and the cleaners came during our stay to change sheets and towels. Overall, I’d recommend this house - it’s spacious, well-kept, and great for families, especially with transport.

in short: if you are thinking of booking this place, do it! Our stay here was amazing. our hosts provided flexible check-in which allowed us to get out of the sun and rest out travel-wearied bodies straight away. we immediately felt so welcomed as our gracious hosts greeted us with lunch (so appreciated after travel) and gave us a tour of the property, before leaving us in privacy once they knew we were accommodated for. The villa is stunning and has been furnished beautifully in a Moroccan style. comfortable, spacious, and stylish. Outside the villa is a beautifully cactus, succulent, and palm garden. the pool was a great size for the 8 of us and kept the kids well entertained. I personally adored the outdoor cooking facilities. the villa is well placed with just a short walk to the beach, shops, and coastal hikes. we rented bikes from the nearby cafe, Zimzala. Our hosts were the best we have had from AirBnB. They went above and beyond for us and was there to support throughout.

This villa is absolutely stunning! Amazing views and very clean. Had a lovely stay here . And the perfect holiday with my wife and our three children. Can not fault it in any way. Highly recommended

Villa Verde looks exactly like the listing. It’s so peaceful there - we hardly left the place! The pool is bigger and deeper than it looks in the pics! Outdoor kitchen and shower are a great bonus. Perfect facilities for a family holiday, including really useful baby/toddler stuff.

Didn’t want to leave! Kids loved the pool and so pleased there was some pool toys provided. Loved sitting out on the porch in the evening.

A fab stay from start to finish. Rafael and Anna-Sophie were excellent hosts, very responsive and super flexible around our arrival time which was late in the evening. The apartment was very well-equipped and has been designed in a clever way to make the most of the space – it actually feels much bigger than it looks in the photos. The patio balcony with a BBQ was perfect for al-fresco dining, the gardens have been beautifully maintained and the swimming pool was perfect for a hot summers day. You can easily reach the towns of Boliqueime and Loulé by car and the coast is only a c. 20 min drive away. Would definitely recommend, thank you!

Stunning villa - Cátia has done a fantastic job. Beautiful furnishings, it’s like a show home. Location is central for Algarve beaches, easy to get everywhere. We will definitely return when in this part of the world.

The villa was absolutely beautiful. The garden and the pool are beautifully situated around the house - and the garden was all in bloom when we were there (April). A lovely communal area as well as very lovely rooms. The master bedroom in particular is stunning, with a gorgeous balcony. Floyd was incredibly helpful, especially in making sure we knew how to get there as it can be a bit hard to find at first. We had an amazing time staying at Leaf Mountain - thanks so much!

Jonathan & Sandra were fantastic hosts. swift and responsive from first enquiry to check out. very considerate hosts, gave local recommendations and provided flexibility. . Everything we needed there, and assistance was available through Greet who met us on arrival and departure and kindly brought additional equipment (scales and large mixer) to us to bake cakes, even bringing extra games suitable for our disabled child. Discreet and also available for anything we needed. The villa was beautiful, the surroundings and grounds breathtaking. Shops a 5 minute drive and all we wanted to see was within 30 minutes, although mainly stayed in and soaked up the serene magic of this location. we didn't hire a car, we used Uber which was easy, reasonable and straightforward. 5 euros to the local supermarket, 15-20 euros to the mar shopping complex, 25 euros to Tavira. An incredible place, wonderful hosts and a firm favourite with our family. thank you so much for everything. ❤

The best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. The photos don’t do it justice, just so beautiful. We couldn’t get over how peaceful it was yet close to amenities and 15/20 mins from Albuferia, Vilamoura or Loulé. The pool was the highlight of the stay and the kids were in it every day for hours. The balcony was special for watching the sunrise with a coffee. I’d recommend bringing your own Nespresso pods. The kitchen is so well equipped and the hosts told us they’re not big fans of plastic which meant the quality of everything was really good. Lots of storage, plenty of towels, clean change of sheets and towels midway though our 10 day stay which was great! Everyone slept really well, very comfortable. So nice to have aircon in each room for when it was very hot. Highly recommend the beach Praia da Falésia in Vilamoura and we had a lovely final evening at Vilamoura Marina for dinner. Mario is a wonderful, responsive host and we will be back!
