Everything is on the ground floor, no stairs. Individual entrance and access to the garden from the terrace. Duplex located in a residential area, ideal for resting and walking. You can find supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, take-away, pharmacy, laundry. Ideal for ride the bike, walks and sport or fishing. You are 75m from the Guadiana River and a few minutes of the best beaches in the area. A tourist train can take you to the beach. About 950m away is the Sports Complex with its High Performance Training Centre. Free parking about 300 metres away. You can park 2 bic in entrance to the house.

Close to the house you can enjoy all the services and commerce necessary for a comfortable stay without the need to move by car.
