Apartment located next to the beach promenade but totally quiet. Fully equipped to spend a few days in the Landes. It has all the utensils in the kitchen. Very comfortable bed. Philippe's service was unbeatable. The instructions provided to enter the apartment are very clear and easy to understand. Immediate response to questions.

Michèle is a lovely, helpful and very responsive host. The listing matched the descriptions and the reviews are accurate to the on-site experience. We enjoyed the accommodation in winter (Christmas parties), which is not necessarily the primary use of the accommodation:-) Michèle was responsive to provide us with additional heating. Definitely summer, the sun lounges in the lounge! So we did not use the terrace which is large and must be pleasant in summer. We had access to all the essentials to enjoy a few days on site! The set is functional and meets expectations. There is ample parking nearby where it's easy to park. The docks are a few minutes away to take a stroll or even run.

A perfect holiday apartment in an incredible location with a communicative and friendly host. What more could you want! We had a lovely stay here with our 3 children and would love to come back.

Everything was perfect. Just as described in the listing. It is in a very central area of the town but at the same time close to the beach and leisure area. To be repeated, definitely

My experiences with renting places in this part of France is that the better the location the more crappy the places are (outdated furniture, not well equiped, tiny bathtooms etc), because the people will book anyway because of the location. The place from Mathieu is completely the opposite, clean, modern very well equiped, good beds, good bathroom spacious kitchen AND the great view over the ocean AND located in the heart of Soort-Hossegor (beach area of Hossegor). Mathieu is very responsive and speaks perfect English.

It was not our first stay in this apartment, which is why we wanted to return to this beautiful apartment in a good location with a beautiful ocean view. We immediately found our bearings. The service was of good quality. Restaurants and bars are nearby, you can park in the residence, access to Hossegor center, Capbreton is very quick. The elevator is good for getting to the fifth floor.

We had a lovely stay at Muriel's place. It is functional and very well equipped. Bikes are a real plus for nice walks under the sun and pine trees. Muriel is a responsive person, we got answers very quickly and she is also very good tips for visiting in the Seignosse area. Your vacation will be pleasant, we recommend this air bnb.

We spent a few days at Patrick's house, which have been excellent given the location so close to the beach and at the same time a very quiet area, having very close restaurants, next to an artisan bakery, being able to park the car on the same plot of the cabin, which towards more comfortable and economical to have the car. The cabin is just as you can see in the photographs , comfortable and cozy

What a wonderful stay! The location is really top – start the day with a coffee on the beach and end it with a glass of wine or a beer while watching the surfers and the sunset… what else do you want? The cottage was clean, comfortable and completely complete. Guillaume is a great host: friendly, helpful and easily accessible. I really enjoyed it and would love to come back!

Herve and Isabelle are very welcoming and available. The accommodation is very well equipped and perfect for a quiet stay and close to the center of Dax. I would highly recommend it!

all great! The accommodation was large and comfortable for 3 people. The kitchen had everything you need. The refrigerator is big. TV with internet, the wifi works well. A nice, very private garden. The pillows were large 50x50. We'll be back.

We booked this listing at the very last minute following a cancellation and were really not disappointed! The apartment is very cozy and pleasant due to its rooftop location. Covered garage very convenient. Quiet neighborhood a little out of the way but city center within walking distance in twenty minutes. Eric was exceptionally responsive despite the late booking and he proved to be a valuable help in the organization of our stay by telling us in an extremely friendly way the places to visit, good restaurants etc... In short, I recommend it to 100%!

We had a great time, even though the weather wasn't to our advantage. The accommodation was perfect and quiet. Cécile and Laurent offered us a lot of ideas and advice, for both rainy and sunny days. Thanks again to them and their good humor. It was perfect.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Sandra's despite the rain, the welcome was perfect, the accommodation impeccable and right across the sea with a very nice jacuzzi. Perfect location for going to the beach, enjoying bars and restaurants and only 15-20 minutes from the lake and the center. 😊
