Monthly Rentals in Vietnam

We stayed 4 nights at this charming rustic cabin . The hosts are very attentive and helpful, just like you were staying with friends and family! From top notch espresso in the morning to tasty home cooked meals in the evening… it just perfected your day! The cabin was artfully designed and decorated. The bathroom was just awesome with all the plants growing in harmony, such an uplifting feeling! A friend of the hosts is building a new structure next door and it’s going to be an artisan bakery, we got to taste some great baguette, brioche and croissant, thanks Chiên! It’s such a great experience at Ivy Coffee Farm! Thank you Túy & Quyên for everything!

This was the perfect spot for a one month stay. It is on a quiet street, away from the hustle of Hoi An which I appreciated; however, folks who are looking for easier access to restaurants with Western-style food might not appreciate the 20-30 minute walk for this. If you are into Vietnamese food, options are nearby and plentiful. Likewise, there is an abundance of coffee shops in the area. It is also about a 10 minute walk to the market for fresh produce if you want to prepare your own food. I look at this as opportunities for exercise. Since the kitchen is shared by nine different apartment dwellers, it is probably not a surprise that some folks are cleaner and tidier than others. An excellent feature of this stay is that Nam is very fast about responding to messages. For instance, the hot water kettle broke while I was there and he replaced it the same day it was reported. There also needed to be a minor repair in my apartment and the handyman was sent right over. Thank you!

The hotel is in a residential complex, so it's nice and quiet. The location is really the best. There are a lot of local markets, grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, and salons nearby. In particular, there is a really delicious rice noodle shop nearby, and it only takes 6 minutes on foot. It's also a short taxi ride to the city center, so it's not a big burden. It's also close to the beach, so it's great for a walk. It's not as noisy and touristy as the city center, so it's even better. If you like local food, I highly recommend it! The staff is friendly and responsive to messages. I didn't have a number, so I couldn't call, but I called the restaurant and they made a reservation instead, so I went to the restaurant well. I want to stay here if I travel again later. Thank you for a month! :)

This place is amazing, the view and air quality play so nicely together, it's spectacular. The host is also very nice, responsive and helpful. If you're looking for a unique and peaceful place I can highly recommend this place and the host.
