Monthly Rentals in Vernon

Enjoyed a five day stay at this super cute cottage. Carlyle Lake is a real gem and we enjoyed the short walk to the Keyesport beach and going for daily runs through town. We also rented a pontoon boat for an afternoon at a nearby arena and hiked in the state park. So much to do! We loved the vintage theme of the cottage and enjoyed cooking our meals in the well-stocked kitchen. We definitely plan on coming back!

Catherine’s House in Brownstown was fantastic! Directions were very clear on how to drive to the home and get inside. The house itself was spacious, sparkling clean and very comfortable! Though we did not use it, the grill and porch with outside table and chairs would be fun. Once inside there were so many little extras - everything was so well thought out. It was a very relaxing stay for us and our dog. A wonderful retreat!

We had the opportunity to meet Tammy when we arrived. She is a sweet and kind person who had great suggestions on restaurants and was happy to move boats into the water for us. Once we got inside we were greeted by the well-working air conditioner, which is really nice in the middle of June. The house had plenty of space for us to spread out and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make a variety of meals. The barbecue grill also had supplies. The peace and quiet we receive at her property is always so nice and we hope to return next year.

Great little home on a quiet lake. Would recommend staying here!
