What a lovely place to stay. We had a great week at the property relaxing in the garden or by the pool. The house has a lot of charm and character. Pistoia also has a very quaint centre with some lovely restaurants and squares. Vittoria was very helpful as well - thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home. James

Quiet location with a view of the mountains; we had a nice time; excursions to the beach, the mountains and to Pisa and Lucca possible.

Loredana was an incredible host. There were 16 of us celebrating my birthday. She was super accommodating and kind. The villa is an oasis! It looks so much better in real life than in the photographs. We will be coming back! Thank you Loredana and Alessandro ☺️

We (me and my 6 French friends) spent lovely vacations at Cris place.

A fantastic home in a very beautiful setting. Very private and well kept Villa. Enrico was great and looked after us as soon as we had any concerns. As other reviews, the road down to the house is a bit challenging so a slightly higher car with 4 wheel operation is recommended. Everything was great and we would love to come back!

The house is very well cared for in detail. Too bad the fresh air, otherwise we would have taken a dip in the pool. Beautiful garden, very well cared for. The kitchen is huge. The owner of the bar in front of the house is also very nice. I wouldn't know what to add. We had a great time and had a great time. Congratulations to Miriam from all of us.

Stop here for a few days of peace and harmony and be fascinated by the stories of these places told by Marco and Alessandro, welcoming and kind people. Their enthusiasm for the village and the surrounding trails is contagious. Share the evenings enjoying a good glass of wine, cool off at the stream below the house and explore the paths around the house surrounded by woods. The house is equipped with everything you need: the bed is very comfortable and the water in the house comes directly from the mountain stream, clear and genuine. I recommend that you bring some groceries, as there are no shops nearby except several miles away. Here you'll find absolute tranquility, fresh air and ancient stories. No cars, pollution or dangers for children: a real dream! Time passes very slowly, bringing the rhythm of life back to a human dimension. We had a fantastic stay at the farmhouse which exceeded our expectations. The house was perfect for our stay with two bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The air conditioning was excellent and was most welcome during our stay in August. The pool is just amazing and it's close location to the house was ideal. Clotilde was very welcoming, very responsive and helpful. Clotilde offered us an opportunity to visit the vineyard and wine cellars and we were able to sample the wine produced there - this was a fantastic opportunity! There is a bank, bread shop and restaurant within a 10 minute walk and the supermarket is only 10 minutes drive away. We were only 20 minutes drive from Lucca and took the opportunity to catch a train to Pisa which worked well. I would fully recommend visiting and I hope we will be back again soon,

Romantic Alcova a stone's throw from the city center but with the qualities of the country house, quiet and retired. Beautiful property where we spent a week relaxing and which we used as a base to visit Pistoia and the Apennines. Mrs. Gianna is an impeccable host. I recommend it.

Paola's home was perfect, really perfect. We felt like VIPs in a big hotel! The environment is wonderful and quiet. Paola gave us very good suggestions for discovering the area and was available very quickly whenever we asked. The best stay we've had in an Airbnb, I'm disappointed I can't give more than 5 stars! Luxury in Milan: First, if you are wondering about the host, you shouldn't. Paola is the perfect combination of professional and personal. She was an amazing host, who met us at the door and made us feel right at home. It's clear that she loves her city, and was excited to share with us many restaurant and experience recommendations that were perfect. She was very responsive to communications, and went out of her way to help us with a luggage issue our son had. The living space is Immaculately clean, with separate upstairs and downstairs bathrooms, both with spacious showers. It's a combination of uncluttered but still decorated very tastefully. The appliances work very well, and there is good AC if you need it. The WiFi is blazing fast (>500Mbps). The main bedroom features a very comfortable king size bed. The location is ideally located: a short, safe walk to both the station and city center. If we are lucky enough to return to Bologna, we would certainly stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at I Casali. The accommodation was cosy, clean, warm and comfortable. Tiziana and Roberto were excellent hosts. They provided us with great recommendations of places to visit and even baked some delicious cakes and biscuits for us.

Nice and big town house in Bagni di Lucca. House has 3 floors and 3 bedrooms. House is very well equipped and allow you to have a nice and convenient stay. There is a garden with a swimming pool shared with the other houses. City with restaurants and supermarket is 5 minutes away by car. You can also walk there, there are stairs on your left at the end of the street, they are quite steep but you can be in town in less than 10 minutes. Thank you for the stay!

Very nice, well-maintained villa with beautiful garden. A car is urgently needed, as you still have to drive up the mountain for about 15 minutes from Montecatini Terme to get to the accommodation. But it is rewarded with a stunning view. Cristina is very friendly, helpful and easy to reach. We would recommend the villa at any time.

Lovely place to stay. Guilana was an amazing, very friendly, welcoming host. The space was exactly what I was looking for. The pool and garden area is sooo beautiful 😍 nice quiet, clean and cozy space. Absolutely loved my stay ☺️ highly recommend 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟❤️

A beautiful home with a fantastic pool. We very much enjoyed our stay. The facilities were excellent, including the spa area. The decor is slightly dated but gives the sense of a home much loved in the past. We certainly loved it.

Mauro (the owner of the house) was super friendly and gave us valuable excursion tips. The house is very secluded in the forest and you are there in paradise!! For us(2 adults/3 children) the sleeping situation was a bit tight, also to store the bags, but no problem for 2 weeks! The German neighbors, it is also a semi-detached house, including a dog, were very friendly. We were lucky, dogs got along well. The house is small but perfect. The view with evening sunsets is simply amazing!!!!

Beautiful old village house in a charming mountain village. Small pool, perfect during hot summer days and just gorgeous nature with lots of hiking, river swimming or canoeing to discover. Karen was very responsive. Thank you!

We where met by the owners , talked through the villa, got directions to and from our venue As we arrived late we needed to eat, they found us a local restaurant and booked our table. They gave us two other restaurant recommendations, both of which we used , one of them twice. Incredible value for great fresh food, pizza and pasta.
