Good apartment for it's price (at least for the beginning of November): perfect location near the sea and restaurants, flat is well equipped. Make sure that you asked about boiler (takes some tome to be hot), about fridge, about heat (it was cold in November nights). Javier is a very responsive host - if you need anything (it's even better to do that in advance) ask Javier.

Everything is correct. The hostess gave us details of all kinds at all times. The apartment complies very well. Saying that we have been in April, so the issue of the heat in the home can't evaluate it, although the rooms have a ceiling fan. Summarizing, 100% advisable.

This was an absolutely brilliant find for us on a longer holiday in Spain, and over a number of locations this was definitely our favourite stay! The apartment was comfortable and clean, and the outdoor space was amazing. Such a wonderful place to relax, have a swim, BBQ and have a beer or two! Martyn and Marie were wonderful hosts, quick to respond and very happy to give us privacy for the rest of our stay. We really enjoyed this and would 100% recommend.

Egbert was really helpful before, during and after our stay. the location of the house is really good and has a variety of areas to eat out in the shade or sun. the pool has a grassy shaded area with a good selection of sun beds supplied by Egbert. the pool is a good size and never gets crowded even in August! the info book was really useful and thoughtfully put together with many useful suggestions of where to visit in the area. Although we have been visiting the area for many years we even found new places to visit. the Lunar Cable park and inflatables at the resevoir was a good morning out and our grand children loved the infatable obstacle course. there is a good snack bar on site. Get there early and allow a couple of hours only. we often eat at Triana in the Valle de Este resort as the food is great and always consistent quality. if you dont fancy a full meal you can just work your way through the tapas! great holiday, great house and great hosts! enjoy!

We have been to playa vera many times and can say that this apartment is among the best. Everything is exactly as described in the listing. Great beach location to enjoy a swim in the sea before breakfast. The terrace offers sun from morning to evening. Also possibilities for shade are sufficiently available. Very well maintained apartment, best communication with Nicolas. We thank you for the trust and wish you a repeat.

We loved Paris’ house. Beautiful, convenient, close to the center of town but tucked away on a quiet back street that felt private and exclusive. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Views from the roof are gorgeous. Paris was always there to answer a question and Stephen gave us a warm welcome and straightforward easy instructions. We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Mojacar.

Thankfully surprised with the Accommodation that has everything you need, but what made the stay more pleasant was Paola's good attention. From minute one was attentive. It was super flexible on the issue of entry and exit so, I can only thank you for the kindness and good treatment. 100% recommended

Christian was an exceptional host. Responsive, available, accommodating. The rented property corresponds in every way to the listing and better. The view of the pool and the sea, the calm, the surrounding restaurants ( we recommend the Gourmet), the secure space... Really a place to discover.

I can only have good words for this accommodation and for Miguel (and his sister☺️ for welcoming us as a family). Our stay was perfect. If you needed anything, you found it in the apartment. I've never stayed anywhere like this, with so much detail and care, you can tell that you're not just another guest ♥️ The location is perfect and having a coffee on its terrace is priceless. We stayed here for around 7 weeks, the apartment is fantastic with everything you need and it has great views. Close to beach and bars and a supermarket. We really enjoyed our stay and hopefully will be back to Vera Playa again soon. Fermín was a great host and communicated before and during our stay.

Mojacar is stunning!! Lovely flat and true to description and photos. Was actually a lot larger than it looked. Everything you would need in the kitchen and bathroom. Pool area was spotless and having the beach directly over the road gave you options. Supermarket only a 5 minute walk and lots of gorgeous restaurants in easy walking distance - 5-10 minutes and lots more a little bit further along the beach. Veranda space was ideal for a glass of wine after a hard day of sunbathing! Rachel was very helpful and can’t thank her enough for letting us stay - we will definitely be back if she’ll have us. 5 star property 👍🏻

A clean apartment, in a good location and with everything you need for a family vacation. The terrace with the jacuzzi is amazing. The community pool is large and with warm water, it is great for children. The beach is very close and there are shops and restaurants very close. It was great to be able to put the car in the underground parking, the space is very large and is in front of the entrance door. The only thing to take into account is that it is not accessible as it has stairs to access everything, but we were so comfortable that we didn't care. Definitely a place to go back to. Mikel's home is a good place to live, it feels like home. Ultra equipped everything is washing machine/dishwasher, double bathroom and toilet, master suite, and double bed room, Tv, wifi. balcony terrace. It's a place away from the noise of cities like Garrucha or Mojacar. Everything is there to breathe, to gather. In the residence paddle ground, outdoor and indoor pools. Private sheltered parking. 8 min drive there are tennis courts, the beach, and 12 min a Golf Club and restaurant. I would highly recommend it and would come back. Thanks also to Isabel who maintains the premises that we respect until the departure by leaving him as we found it clean and tidy. A big thank you to Mikel for his trust and kindness.

Lovely stay here for 5 days. The place was spotless and a comfy bed, private garden with loungers and outside seating and right next to the communal pool. Loads to do nearby especially if you rent a car. Would definitely stay again.

Carmen is a lovely host, she was always attentive to us. On the day of check-in we were quite late, however he was there for us until 2 am to open the garage door. A very pleasant experience! Excellent!

This is a neat and tidy 1 bed accommodation with a large roof terrace which is amazing depending on if and who is using the adjoining property then privacy can be an issue for some. The pool is amazing and it’s in a great location with shops bars and restaurants( of which there is a wide range)all within a short walking distance and Garrucha town is just a Km walk along a lovely promenade where are more seafood restaurants and the excellent Mercadona Supermarket. Adrian is an exceptional host he responds very quickly to any issues that may arise and his advice and recommendations are spot on. Overall a very pleasant stay.

It was a great stay at Amber's. A very nice apartment, everything clean and tidy. Very quiet area, 200 meters to the great beach. Parking right outside the door. Absolute recommendation. We will be happy to come back.
