It is modern and bright, and is in the Ventas neighborhood, located on the edge of the central almond. 2 minutes from the Metro (direct to Sol) and several bus lines, as well as an urban bike path, which crosses the city, with electric bike rental. It was an old cabinetmaking workshop from the 1950s, which I have transformed into a very practical studio, decorated with tools and images that I rescued from its previous use. It is unique! Quiet neighborhood but with restaurants, supermarkets, stores and shops within easy reach because it's on Calle Alcalá. The Docamar restaurant is next door (the best patatas bravas in Madrid). The Plaza de Toros de Ventas is a 15-minute walk away. There is SmartTV, A/C and Wi-Fi.
