Alfonso and Marcela were excellent in communication since the reservation will be the time to check out . The apartment is very well located just 5 min walk away is a supermarket, when leaving the building is a small shop and around there are smaller shops and pharmacy less than 5 min away . The points of greatest interest such as Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol and km 0 just 5-10 min . Great on about 15 minutes on foot . Nearby there is a great variety of local restaurants and also a metro station. The apartment is well equipped in its kitchen and super comfortable beds. Super recommended . To get to the apartment there is an elevator but you also have to go down stairs or climb , that was in the description of the apt too , everything was very well explained

It was a very pleasant stay. Both Daniel and his wife were attentive to everything. It was a very quiet place 15 minutes from the university, with public transport 5 minutes away. Definitely to repeat. They left us breakfast for the day after check-in. Highly recommended!

Considering the price of rentals in Madrid and the noisy neighbours; that our totally out of José’s control, we have nothing to complain about. It was safe, warm, clean, lots of nice restaurants in the area and well connected. Jose was polite and responsive, so we would definitely choose to stay at the flat again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb! It was the perfect landing spot for Madrid. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay here with my mother and brother. The place was impeccably clean and very spacious, with incredibly comfortable beds. The smart television was a nice bonus. The only minor thing to note is that the curtains in the sofa bed area are quite light, so someone sleeping there might wake up a bit easily. However, the host was fantastic - very attentive and quick to respond to anything we needed. Overall, a great experience!

From arrival to departure it was perfect! Carmen helped us prearrange an airport pickup and had someone meet us at the apartment to show us everything we needed to know. The apartment and location were perfect! The apartment is centrally located and we could walk to everything we wanted to see. There were so many amazing restaurants within feet of the apartment, as well as grocery stores, and cafes. We were traveling with three children (4, 13, 15) and we had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked breakfast for ourselves most morning (the grocery is literally across the street). The apartment is cozy and super inviting, the views were great, and we would open the balcony door to listen to the street performers sing every evening. The WiFi worked great, and the kids were able to game and stream shows during our down time. I would highly recommend staying at Carmen’s apartment.

This apartment was great! We were a family of 4 adults, 2 children and a baby and had plenty of space. We used the kitchen every day and was perfect for us. Plenty of room for suitcases and a great walking closet. We enjoyed it very much. We would like to come again!

Mercedes is a woman that everyone respects ,she is very nice . I personally find the communication very fluid and her reaction is quick, for sure if the conditions are met I will experience another time.

Santiago is an amazing host—kind, attentive, and always available when needed. He truly goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. The space is small, but cozy and inviting, with a warm, homely feel. All the pretty plants made it feel like a genuine home rather than one of those impersonal apartments with plastic decor. It’s also very clean and well-maintained. Oh and the bed is super comfy! If I could give him 6 stars, I would! Highly recommended 100%!

Lucia's place was great. The location of his house was very close to the metro. We were very satisfied and it was very helpful. It was a pristine house. When an incident happened to us, they offered us an immediate solution. See you soon..

Nati was a great host. She met with us the morning that we arrived and covered all relevant/important information regarding the lodging facility, area, transportation options...etc. We enjoyed the location and learned quickly how to use the local transportation options (metro, bus service, taxi service...etc..). The location was quiet at night and we felt comfortable regarding all amenities provided in the apartment.

Wonderful apartment, very clean, in a very quiet place and close to Madrid . Clean, everything is done to be welcomed . A mercadona is next door , you can walk there. Close to restaurants! We had an amazing time staying at Valeria’s place in Majadahonda. The location for us was ideal to be near several family members, and also in walking distance of the C10 train into Madrid. My family was extremely grateful for the extra towels, spacious bedrooms, tankless water heater, fast WiFi, and ample kitchen amenities. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable and my children felt right at home. Thank you Valeria!!!

tl;dr: we had wonderful stay at Judith/Tamara's place, everything was just perfect. Longer version: the apartments are in a quiet and nice neighborhood, exactly as described and shown in the photos. They are clean and fully equipped with everything required for a family of four. Tamara met us upon arrival, provided step-by-step guidance, and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more.

AAA + Place for vacations

Everything went smoothly. The host gave us extremely detailed instructions making our check in very easy. The apartment was in great location just ten minutes from two metro lines in a very quiet neighbourhood. It smelled freshness and cleanliness. Very spacious for four people. The host was also kind enough to let us check in late without any extra fee. Thanks for a very comfortable day.
