Condo vacation rentals in Ventas, Ciudad Lineal

The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos. It's small but functional, it's perfect for two people. The location of the house is great, as it has bus and subway stations very close. There are also plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, at night you can't hear any noise. They were very flexible with the check-in time and that was great for us. They were very kind at all times and left the apartment clean, tidy, with shower gels, etc.

Overall this is a great apartment, however only half the unit has fans and the other half has no fans or ac. So the kitchen and bathroom are always hot… the fans barely cooled down the other half of the apartment..other than that it is in a great walkable location

The place was very good value for the price. Everything we needed was available. Madrid's city center was easily accessible by metro. We found nice restaurants in the area. The host was very helpful.

I would come to back Madrid just to stay here again. It was an oasis and a home away from home. Worth every penny

Very good accommodation located 15 minutes walk from the Wizink Center, so it's great if you're going to an event. 4 of us fit perfectly because the sofa bed is huge. The apartment is also very nice and I would definitely recommend it! Thank you very much to Paola and Ceci for everything.

This place is a gem! A cute, tidy apartment with lots of cozy touches and everything you need in terms of convenience. The location is exceptional, walking distance to parks, galleries, museums, and surrounded by amazing cafes, bars and restaurants. Mar was wonderful, so warm and welcoming and great at communicating. I loved my stay here - highly recommended!

This was our second time staying at Maria’s place; the first was made by my wife. And there’ll be more stays in the future. Maria is just the nicest host & we always feel immediately at home in her lovely apartment. So did our cat, who loved sleeping outside in the balcony garden We had more time to explore the area this time. Found Dot Cafe Bar a minute away whereas a 4 minute walk takes you to Nuo Sushi & Ramen 4 minutes . A 15 minute walk will get you to K Store on Embajadores, a modern Asian supermarket with a huge selection, in case you are hankering after ramen. Highly recommended place and neighborhood.

Apartment was beautiful, clean and comfortable. We liked the location as it was centrally located and an easy walk to restaurants and El Retiro Park. The management company did a fantastic job - communication was great, accommodated our request for an early check in and check out was easiest experience we had in Spain!

That's a very silent appartement nearby the plaza las-ventas, it's very great for these people who are very crazy about bullfighting culture, such as me!

Great spot to stay. I stayed for a month and found Santiago’s place to be a perfect home base for my time in Spain. The space is small but fully equipped and it’s in a vibrant spot in the city. Trains and supermarkets and pharmacies all super easily accessible. Santiago was super responsive with any questions. The loft sleeping arrangement worked for me but it can get hot up there and the stairs up probably aren’t for everyone.

The place is homey and spacious and well equipped. Great neighborhood with easy access to metro, shopping mall and local shops. Very nice and helpful neighbors and Jose was a star host, checking in with us regularly to make sure we were comfortable and had all we needed.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great apartment in the best neighborhood in the city! Very close to Retiro Park as well as plenty of dining and shopping options. Francisco was so nice and responsive as well.

Fantastic apartment with a beautiful pool! It's in a gorgeous spot close to lovely restaurants but in easy reach of Madrid! The apartment is even better than the photos and we were so warmly greeted it made us feel very cared for! We loved our trip and can highly recommend!

This beautiful apartment was exactly as described. We felt at home immediately. The terrace and the greenery outside were beautiful as well. The kitchen was very well stocked. The rooms were impeccable. Everything was super clean, organized and comfortable. Since the apartment faces the interior, it is a very quiet ambiance. Having a supermarket so close was a plus. There are a lot of good restaurants and coffee places close by as well. The hosts were very communicative and agreeable to our check in and check out hours. We look forward to repeating using this apartment in the future.

Very attentive to the guest, always offering useful recommendations to make the stay pleasant, he was constantly available to help or simply offer tips about the area. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay of several days, and it is also very conveniently located. Two blocks from the building are the main subway stations and it is very easy to walk to emblematic places such as La Almudena, the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor or Sol. The apartment is small but very comfortable. Laura has known how to make the most of the space. The internet connection is excellent, in case you need to work and good bandwidth is required.
