Private Studio, 6 Doors to Beach

One room guest unit, with kitchen*. Separate entrance, detached from our house. 6 doors from the beach, 1 block from the Venice pier. The studio is very small, efficient, usually quiet & comfortable for 1 or 2. Shower is tight. Queen 14" microfoam mattress. There is NO parking space, and parking can be hard to find. We are very careful about COVID 19 & disinfect to Airbnb pandemic standards. No smoking or vaping on the property, indoors or out.
