Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Venice Canals

Casey is an amazingly good business man! He was extremely communicative, professional, friendly, empathetic and responsive. Literally the ideal host. The location is wildly perfect for a recharging getaway that’s near strip malls. The home is very close to Ventura Rd. and near freeways so relatively quickly to get to destinations. Inside the home, the view over the city is spectacular. The place was roomy and relaxing. There is great space for entertaining and hanging with family. Casey made the stay nice. Would certainly recommend it for anyone considering a stay in LA.

Spencer’s place looked like the photos and had everything I needed for a few days of working from home! The kitchen is stocked with whatever you might need to cook a meal. Comfortable furniture and nice shower. The neighborhood is nice and safe to walk around, close to a few different coffee and restaurant spots. Would return!

We had a beautiful stay at Javier’s property.. Very nice and private.. So homely and relaxing.. Me and my family loved our stay.. Was super clean and smelt absolutely amazing when you walked in.. Would definitely stay again.. Thank you so much :)

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. It was especially great for our kids—there were plenty of toys and books to keep them happily entertained, which made things so much easier for us as parents. The space felt very family-friendly, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive. We’d definitely stay here again!

The house was great! The backyard is lovely and was so nice to use on our work trip. The beds were extremely comfortable! Lots of parking space and very close to a lot of things to do. Cute neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!

This was the oasis that we were looking for! It was wonderful to be so close to all of the LA hotspots while being able to return to a quiet, peaceful and safe place! The tub and steam room were a fantastic place to relax at the end of the day! All of the directions and instructions were so helpful!

I have been traveling to LA since a decade but never experienced this view. Living in the Hills in Lily’s home was great. Extremely peaceful and serene. You can work, relax, meditate, do everything in this beautiful home overlooking the city. It’s like the city talks to you at sundown/night. Stayed here with my family and had a great time.

Heidi was friendly, greeted us at the gate, showed us around, checked in the next day to make sure all was well. She'd thoughtfully supplied us with delicious blueberry muffins, coffee, tea, staples in the fridge, creamer, milk, a stick of butter, a couple eggs, etc. It was so welcome after a day of travel. The kitchen's well equipped. I was easily able to make pancakes, cookies, breakfast and dinners, no problem. The beds were VERY comfortable! The bed linens were freshly washed and soft, as were the plentiful towels! Comfy sofa + armchair. If you're looking for a sleek modern place this is not for you, but for those who appreciate a cozy slice of vintage LA, as we do, you'll enjoy staying here. The dog friendly neighbourhood was great for us! Always people walking their dogs. We felt safe taking our pup out, day and night. Being a doggy neighbourhood, during the day you'll hear barking every so often. Restaurants, shops, grocery, ice cream 5 min walk! We'd definitely stay again!

Super Nice guest house with a top notch view. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Irina was an excellent host and the Airbnb was perfect. The bed and linens was incredibly comfortable. The air conditioner gets as cold as you want it to. The neighborhood is very peaceful, esp in the mornings. In the hills, it's a perfect place to walk around, and the neighbors were friendly. Irina as a host was super responsive and accommodating. Checking in was a breeze and she also helped us with a few requested that weren't listed. The Internet was also very fast. Solid solid spot for the $$

The property was in the hills of Topanga Canyon. Quiet except for the bird symphony. Beautiful surroundings and very private. Lynn was extremely accessible and house was clean and well equipped. I'll be back soon!

Deborah was an amazing host to deal with, very clear and accommodating. The house itself was a wonderful place in a great location so no complaints whatsoever. MK is a fantastic host! Her place is in a wonderful, central location that allows you to easily get around LA which is saying a lot as LA can be a tough city to get around in. The home matched the description and photos. MK was very accommodating, flexible, kind, and responsive - thank you for a great stay!

Our family of five had a comfortable and fun stay at Stephen’s place . Great neighborhood and it was a calm oasis- the perfect place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing! The pool was great and the views spectacular. Comfy beds and a well equipped kitchen meant we had everything we could need.

Host was very communicative but not invasive. Felt right at home and has everything you would need, like staying at a friend’s house. Beds were great. Loved the front deck - so peaceful with comfortable furniture, lush greenery, and great view. Spent most of our time out there. One caveat, to get the great views in the middle of the city, you have to climb. We did not have a problem with it and we are not particularly young or super fit, but if you struggle with stairs at all, definitely not the place for you. And keep in mind that anything you bring (luggage, groceries, etc) will need to be taken up a single narrow staircase (roughly the height of 1.5 floors) so maybe not a good choice if you don’t travel light. We would stay again.

Julia is an incredible host. From the time we booked her home, she was very hospitable and did everything to make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend her place to anyone wanting to visit LA. The apartment is in a resort-style complex with a great pool and gym; the location was perfect for us. Thanks, Julia, for making our stay memorable.

Just like the pictures, clean and comfortable. In a great location where you can walk to the beach, restaurants, even the grocery store. The hosts were extremely communicative and flexible. Highly recommend!

I loved staying at Julie’s bungalow! It was the perfect size for me during my 4 day stay in Venice. It was super clean when I checked in, the bed was very comfy, and Julie’s instructions for finding it were spot on. It was a very quick walk to everywhere in Venice I wanted to go, including the beach. And, I highly recommend the guy in the airstream trailer right at the corner with Rose Ave. for your morning coffee! I couldn’t have enjoyed my stay more!

Couldn’t be happier with our stay Cottage Blue…in fact we tried to extend! But alas, the cottage was booked. As former Venice locals, the location was perfect. The house was ideal for our family of 4 and the decor was so thoughtful and serene. We especially loved the back yard. Ten out of ten!

Great place to stay, it's very walkable to the beach and canals with plenty of restaurants to choose from. The home is quiet, clean, and the perfect size for a solo traveler.

I had a great stay at Alisa’s place! She was super friendly, responsive, and helpful in her communications - including replying to my booking inquiry really fast which made the booking process very smooth and easy. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos - and actually felt even more spacious in person - and everything was clean and just as described. The building had great facilities, especially the pool area. The neighborhood was peaceful and lovely, right across the street from an outdoor mall with lots of shops and restaurants, plus two grocery stores within walking distance. The marina was also nearby and made for a great evening walk. Very convenient access to LAX airport too. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent stay for a week. Friendly and gracious hosts, the studio has great natural light, a lovely backyard, and was a quiet and comfy place to sleep. The neighborhood is pretty and residential. Meeting the sweetheart dogs of the house was a bonus!
