Recline on the sun loungers after barbecuing and dining on the deck while enjoying the canal and city views. Then climb the spiral staircase from the comfy, modernist living area to the mezzanine bed, to sleep between high thread-count sheets.
“The apartment is as pictured and described, in a quiet neighborhood next to the canals, short walking distance to the beach, and a moderate walk to lively Abbott Kinney Blvd. The apartment is on the same property as the owners but still quite separate, being two levels (with the loft) above the garage and thus higher than the ranch house. The terrace, oriented over and away from the house, was a big plus given the nice weather. Miranda was friendly and welcoming in our brief interactions.”
This is a private 1 bedroom guest suite with air conditioning that overlooks the famous Venice Canals. Guests get their own parking spot & have access to a shared hot tub.
“This place was amazing. I was so sad to leave! Mackenzie was VERY responsive and helpful. Amazing location, so clean and just the perfect Airbnb. Things that were way beyond expectations included the bed and bedroom (it stayed dark into the morning, comfortable bed), the shower (huge, nice and modern), and the outdoor space. Loved every second of our stay!”
Large studio loft apartment less than one block from the beach on a walk street in Venice with private roofdeck. This owner-architect designed loft is unique and part of a property that was featured in the LA Times home section.
“My wife and I got one last trip in before covid shut everything down. We stayed here for 2 days and nights. Highly recommend this condo/loft to anyone looking for a clean and beautiful place to stay. The loft has all the stuff you need while on a short vacation. What really makes this place better than the others is the immediate response from the care taker/owners with any questions you may have. For example, my wife and I used the bikes that are provided and we found out half way to our dinner destination that our bike tires were just too flat to safely navigate back home. So while we ate dinner the host told us to Uber back and they would grab the bikes and pay for the Uber. Wow, way above and beyond what we expected. Any time we plan to go back to LA, this is where we will be staying.”
