Vacation rentals with a sauna in Venezia

What a fun apartment! We are a family with 6 kids between 4-16 years old plus two parents and two grandparents. We had a great time. There were even toys and games for the kids to play with during down time. We were able to cook big family meals (sadly we also had to wash all the dishes because at the time the dishwasher was broken - this is not a deal breaker). We ate on the balcony one day. Just a great place. Stefano had great instructions and contacted us multiple times during our stay. Would recommend!

Wanted somewhere close to the Archives as I was doing research there. But it turned out to be our favourite sestiere in Venice - much quieter than San Marco but just as central and beautiful. The flat is tucked away but there were clear instructions. We didn’t use the very impressive tub or sauna. You do need to keep the windows closed at night as - while it’s basically very quiet, conversations from the odd late night passers-by are just a few feet away. But the flat was just what we wanted and the croissants at the Archivio bar in Campo S Stin are the best in Venice! Will return.

Amazing place in the heart of Venice. Very friendly host too! Would definitely go again and have already recommended to a friend. Only minor downside was that I was a bit loud and that using sauna and hot tub came at an extra price. Other than that, a 10/10 experience ⭐️

This apartment is in an excellent location in Venice. The streets are quite quiet and still with in walking distance to all the main attractions. Despite being a classical building it has been updated tastefully with all the modern amenities. When we were visiting it was very cold. However the apartment was nice and warm. I think for the summer it should also be ok as I saw the air conditioning units. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment.

Wonderful, spacious and homey apartment, and lots to explore nearby. Warmly recommend.

Everything was fine. Word to the wise to avoid leaving windows open at night because the mosquitos will get in.

Abbiamo trascorso quattro bellissimi giorni. L'appartamento è fornito di tutto, l'ambiente è grande, pulito, ottimizzato ed originalissimo (bagno grande bellissimo e stanza sul canale una chicca!). Inoltre l'area è perfetta perchè vicinissima al centro ma autentica e abitata da veneziani, lontano dai circuiti turistici. Torneremo! Grazie di tutto

Good location, close to the train station and vaporetto lines. Very nice and modern apartment. Our family of four was very comfortable. This is one of my favorite Airbnb's. Entry to the apartment was very easy. It's in a quiet area, but only a short walk to everything you need. I saw a lot of people walking around on Venice, dragging their bags on and off vaporettos, over canals, etc. Our experience was much, much better and easier. I strongly recommend staying here. The apartment has everything we need and more and the hosts are lovely.

This was a great stay near the train station in Venice. If you don’t mind walking some, it’s away from the heavy touristy regions and convenient for day trips to other parts of the area if you want to get out of town. Close to the bus station as well. Very clean and we are thankful for the crib that was provided for our baby as well! And there is a nice elevator, that is not always a given in Italy

Bel appartement, bien équipé, décoré avec goût, spacieux, propre, facile d accès pour aller à Venise en bus direct, la balneo est un plus pour se détendre après les visites.

Casa in ottima posizione arredata con gusto! Molto pulita e spazi ampi e luminosi. Comoda e strategica per visitare Burano. La consiglio a chi vuole un’esperienza elegante e indimenticabile

Excelente lugar para quedarte con la familia o con un grupo de amigos. Las amenidades y la atención fueron excelentes. Si están pensando en alquilar, no lo piensen más.

The hotel staff supporting this apartment, especially Vanessa, were amazing. Vanessa made our dinner plans and pointed out all the things that we’re important for us. She made this experience the best for us. The apartment is spacious, and elegantly decorated. You’ll feel like a millionaire on vacation here. Relaxing in the steam room was the icing on the cake. Perfectly located in the center of San Marco right in a charming plaza where you can catch a gondola ride or delight in an evening meal. I highly encourage using the hotel staff to help make reservations and provide directions to help make the most of your stay. If you can find Vanessa then you’ll be in very good hands.
