Vacation rentals with lake access in Venezia

Andrea & Valentina are exceptional hosts! Andrea’s communication is excellent: he checks in, makes recommendations & is quick to answer any questions you have. The home is beautiful, well decorated, clean, with all the lovely amenities you could ask for. The private garden with the Jacuzzi was a bonus—very relaxing and peaceful. I ended up using it daily! Their home is on a nice quiet canal, tucked away from the very ‘touristy’ areas, but just a short walk to any of the popular attractions. There were tons of lovely restaurants & shops in the neighborhood, and a supermarket about a 5 minute walk away for necessities. Their place is really a gem, and if I could give it more than 5 stars I would! Highly recommend & would definitely book again on my next trip to Venice!

Segítőkész volt végig! A szálláshely nagyon békés jól felszerelt! Az ágy kényelmes a huzatok tiszták! A ház mögötti folyó és a malom páratlan érzést nyújt! A város örök emlék marad! A belvárosban sok a jó étterem a piac pedig igazán azt az érzést kelti hogy helyiek vagyunk. Bármikor újra ezt a szállást és helyet választanám! Filippo várom hogy újra ide jöhessünk!

Had a lovely stay in Venice, very central home with only a few mins walk to shops/restaurants/grand canal.

I highly recommend Maria and Carlo's home. The house was just as described, very clean, and in a great location -- easy walking distance to any point in Venice. Maria and Carlo were fabulous hosts going out of their way to meet us at the dock, walk us to and through the home, and walk us around the area to ensure we knew where to go. They also provided recommendations for site seeing, food, and drinks. We utilized their recommendations many times and were very happy with their selections. They were also very responsive to our questions and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. I can't recommend them enough!

We had a great stay in Ca Marin. the location was fantastic right on the canal with lots of restaurants nearby. There was also a grocery shop a minute walk up the canal which was really handy.

Posizione ottimale: supermercato sotto casa, piazzetta, tabaccheria. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, ambiente pulito, ordinato, curato nel dettaglio e piacevole completa di elettrodomestici e di un po' tutto. Ci siamo sentiti a casa dal primo istante.

Pietro was so great, engaged so much in giving us different recommendations. Very friendly. The location is amazing and Pietro helped us to reserve a good parking place in the city. We were 5 people and the place was very good.

Nous avons profité d’un Appartement neuf avec toutes les commodités avec une belle vue sur le parc. À 1 minute de l’arrêt de bus pour Venise centre. Les instructions ont été très claires et Lucas très agréable. Merci pour votre sympathique accueil.

My family of four loved staying at this beautiful, spacious apartment. It is in a quiet neighborhood, and it is a great home base for exploring Venice. It was very warm but the air conditioning worked so well! We were really comfortable! Like almost every building in this ancient city, there was no elevator, but we navigated the stairs easily. Pietro is such a wonderful host and guided us through finding the apartment, giving us great tips for shopping and restaurants, and always being available for questions and support. We loved the terrace and spent each morning having our coffee and watching the city wake up. The evening sunsets were hauntingly beautiful. What a truly memorable stay!

Das Appartment ist ideal für einen Familienurlaub und ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Radausflüge, Strandgänge und Bootsfahrten. Ein Rad- und Kanuverleih befindet sich in der Nähe. Bis zu den Vaporetto-Stationen Richtung Venedig und den Nachbarinseln fährt man ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Das Appartement befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohnanlage, direkt an der Lagune von Venedig. Es hat eine schöne Raumaufteilung, ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Benedetta hatte ein nettes Willkommen-Package mit Marmeladen, Kuchen und Toastbrot bereitgestellt. Sie war auch sehr hilfsbereit, als gestreikt wurde. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Mauro's 0lace was so great! The location was fantastic, easy to get to from the waterbus. We loved staying right on the water and listening to the boats pass by - it was soothing and not noisy. It was an easy checking in, and communication was excellent. I hope to stay here again when we are in the area.
