Andrea & Valentina are exceptional hosts! Andrea’s communication is excellent: he checks in, makes recommendations & is quick to answer any questions you have. The home is beautiful, well decorated, clean, with all the lovely amenities you could ask for. The private garden with the Jacuzzi was a bonus—very relaxing and peaceful. I ended up using it daily! Their home is on a nice quiet canal, tucked away from the very ‘touristy’ areas, but just a short walk to any of the popular attractions. There were tons of lovely restaurants & shops in the neighborhood, and a supermarket about a 5 minute walk away for necessities. Their place is really a gem, and if I could give it more than 5 stars I would! Highly recommend & would definitely book again on my next trip to Venice!

The apartment is very welcoming, clean and newly built. Great location within walking distance of the pedestrian area and access to the sea. Linda is an impeccable host who is always available, directions to the apartment and access meticulous and detailed. I recommend the proposed solution.

I had a fantastic stay at this property ! clean, comfortable, The location was perfect, with easy access to piazzale Roma . What truly made the experience exceptional was the host. They were incredibly helpful, caring, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. From providing local recommendations to checking in to see if everything was okay, their hospitality was top-notch. This is the best place to stay near venice. Everything was good during our stay. Igor really nice host and explain everything very well, we enjoyed staying at Igor place. Once you arrive you will feel like home. The decorations inside the house very unique and classic venice style. The garden outside also very nice and well maintained. Got many kinds of fruit trees. Highly recommended to stay at Igor place. The best owner. Thanks igor for the nice hospitality.

Great location, near restaurants and beautiful scenery. Just enough away from the crowds to enjoy both the proximity to activities and a 20 minute walk to the main Piazza and Grand Canal. What a lovely area. Only 10 minutes walking to the train station too. We will definitely return.

What an amazing place! Far away from the crowds to be peaceful and private; close enough to be able to join in the action without too much of a walk. Pamela is a delight to engage with. Personal, attentive and kind. She takes great pride in her stylish apartment and it shows!

We hat a nice short holiday ladt week and were happy with the overall situation. The apartment is nice, tidy and also located very close by tram station. which makes it an ease to go to Venice. The neighborhood is also relative quite. Unfortunately ocar got a scratch by standing there, which a bit unpleasant. Still thanks for the kind hosting.

We travelled as a family with two teenage boys at Easter time. Fabio was a wonderful host and very kind, responsive and helpful. He goes out of his way to make your stay a great experience. We arrived in Venice late at night with an unexpected flight delay. Fabio was so kind as to wait for us so that he could take us to the Airbnb and show us around. The area is very peaceful and quiet as well only 5 mins away from the main tourist area. All is very walkable from there. The ferry to the airport is also very close by. The Airbnb came with most everything we needed and was very comfortable for us. The bedding is really good and the house is charming and clean. We definitely recommend this Airbnb. This is a lovely place to stay in Venice.

Beautiful and authentic appartement at great location, nice piazza with a choice of restaurants. Quite noisy night from Saturday to Sunday- lasted until 3:00. The thing you need to know is that of 5 beds it is literally impossible to sleep in the master bedroom. The concrete floor is a better choice and the pillows are tremendously hard and huge. Impossible and very uncomfortable. So we can’t recommend even though we loved the apartment. After all you rent it to sleep….to change mattress and pillows is an easy fix if renters want.

Accommodation located in a quiet and peaceful area, but at the same time strategic, allowing you to reach the main points of interest in a simple way, ensuring a well-deserved rest after days of long walks. Everything was impeccable, cozy and very clean apartment, equipped with all comforts. The host, Mrs. Lisa, was always available and prompt in giving information and tips. In short, it will be my first choice if I take another vacation in Venice.

Great place to stay if you want to visit Venice! The bus stop with direct access to the city is right around the corner. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Nina and Julian were very welcoming and friendly. We’re looking forward to staying here again!

Great location, very close to the station and bus stop. The room is large, clean and hygienic, and there is a large garden, the air is very good when you wake up in the morning. The host also considerately gave us a lot of useful information so that we could quickly find supermarkets or good restaurants.

Me and my wife highly appreciated our stay at Adelio’s and Stefania’s house. The quiet area avay from the roads provided a peaceful environment, conducive to restful sleep. The perfect location, just a five-minute walk to the sea and close location of the groucery shops, was one of the major highlights. We also loved having a safe parking slot right in front of the house entrance, which made packing and unpacking so much easier. The availability of three bicycles was a nice bonus, and the bike line to the sea port was a wonderful way to explore the area. Adelio and Stefania were very kind, responsive. Their support throughout our visit was greatly valued. The cozy atmosphere, both inside and outside the house, made it feel like a home away from home. Dear Adelio ans Stefania, thank you for everything and see you!

Excellent family stay at 4 at Barbara's, very friendly and authentic student neighborhood. Well heated apartment for winter, very pleasant and cozy. Bright with a large Velux. Very comfy beds Small but well-equipped kitchen for cooking. Supermarket and grocery stores nearby for shopping. Vaporetto 2 on the dock a few minutes walk away. Almost direct to San Marco. It's easy to explore Venice and stroll through the small alleys, bridges, and squares around the apartment. We'll be happy to go back! Attention, if you have locomotor problems: Steep and narrow staircase to get to the listing.

Casa Tey matches the listing and the host is friendly and precise. Quiet area, close to a children's park, the sea and essential amenities. Great for families (even numerous like ours).
