Beachfront vacation rentals in Venezia

Sofia is a very accommodating hostess and welcomed us very nicely. We felt very welcome with small extras, such as breakfast pastries or a (packed) toothbrush in the bathroom or a well-equipped kitchen. In hot weather there was a fan and rainy weather we could borrow umbrellas - these are the little things that make you feel welcome. We will be happy to come back.

We were hosted very well. Our hosts are very friendly and available. They anticipated questions or problems we might have encountered throughout our stay. The listing is very well equipped and as described. It is located outside Venice while still being close. The place is quiet and very well located. We highly recommend it.

Our apartment was perfect for our family of five. The host was great to communicate with and provided everything we needed to have a nice stay. They were friendly and even had some local recommendations or ideas on how to travel to where we wanted to go. The property is beautiful and walkable to all major sites and wonderful restaurants. This is a marvellous place to stay when on Lido. It is located right next to the Excelcior hotel. Gloria is a friendly host and helpful. It is a comfortable apartment right next to the beaches and local shops. It is near the main road with regular buses to town to the vaporetti to Venice. The island is walkable and you can easily walk to and from the place to get to things in the locality. One of the best features is acess to a high rooftop terrace and an amazing panoramic view. Venice and the entire lagoon can be seen and it is not to be missed.

This was our second long-term stay during the summer months. The new AC in the bedroom made sleeping very comfortable during the hotter than normal season. This apartment is located in a prime location, especially if you want to partake in the Venice Film Festival. There are specialty markets from fruit & vegetable stands to butchers to bike shops all within an easy walk. And the weekly market days (Tuesdays and Fridays) offer everything from clothing to specialty cheeses. We ate in most evenings because we enjoyed preparing our meals at home. The building itself is quiet and very well maintained and Fabio always responds quickly to messages. Lido is beautiful, clean, buzzing with activity and offers wonderful walks along both the lagoon and Adriatic shores. Bike riding is also very popular with several shops that rent bikes.

Had a great stay, location perfect, right on the beach. Airstream caravan was excellent, had all facilities required for a short stay.

We give the full score for the space. Celeste is a friendly hostess and was always approachable. Our arrival was postponed by a strike and yet it made our check in possible. Rooms are simple and well equipped, the beds comfortable. This a home is wonderfully located and has access to a private beach but not included. However, you can rent an umbrella with a lounger. What is urgent to note: There is no WiFi and the everyday necessities are to be brought with you or to buy in the shop around the corner (towels, salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, shampoo, soap, toilet paper...). We paid the charge for the bed linen and tourist tax in cash to Celeste. The pool is great and also suitable for smaller children. However, it has season and didn't open until mid-June. The Ristaurante Soleano is right next door and highly recommended. Super tasty! Thank you to Celeste and her family!

Thomas was helpful, communicated on a level and resolved any issue quickly. The apartment is part of a quiet residence, further from mass tourism, despite the attractiveness of Lido di Jesolo, we were not under the pressure of tourists. We had a wonderful family vacation, we rolled by the beach and visited Venice, which are extremely close. In the house it was possible to barbecue and bathe in the residential pool, German cleanliness ruled everywhere. There was yoga practice on the deck and the amenities were great. The apartment is really good value clean, comfortable, suitable for families with childrens.. The owner is very friendly and answered any questions immediately. Nice location: it's only 5 min to reach the beach; for visiting Burano, Lido or Venice - near appartments is a bus station that goes directly to the port Punta Sabioni. No complaints about the property, only the best reccomendations from us!

Me and the family have had a great stay for a week in Pers apartment. Access pool and proximity to the beach with its own chairs that belonged to the area where there was always space was really great. It was easy to get to ferries for travel to and from Venice. Good range of restaurants and shops right outside the apartment. The apartment was clean and spacious and during the hottest days we were very grateful for the air conditioning and the spacious balcony. Per was very helpful and generous, came up with many local tips and always responds quickly. We are very happy with our stay and would love to come back. Many thanks to Per.

We enjoyed it very much. We visited the pool several times a day. In the complex, there is a nice bar with snacks and cheap drinks. In the nearby Spar market of the campsite we were able to buy everything for everyday needs (including fresh rolls). The sea is a 10-minute walk from here. The beach is not yet overcrowded at this point. There is a stand restaurant, showers and toilets. There is no Wi-Fi in the apartment. So it was a “digital detox” vacation for us.

Sara and her husband were super friendly, easy-going, flexible and sociable. Directly good contact, it is possible to reach them at any time. Check-out also possible a little later if there is no direct booking afterwards. The apartment was very clean, in the complex, emphasis is placed on lunch and night rest. The pool is cleaned daily. Pleasantly quiet yet central location. I myself was traveling with crutches. It was OK, but it's on the 2nd floor via stairs. It was too far to the sea with crutches. Otherwise, the specified time of 2 to 5 minutes walking to the sea is correct. There is also a good parking option by the sea in front. Free parking at any time. The property has an underground parking space for the apartment. The area is completely closed. No mosquitoes at the property, as the village is sprayed. All in all, we would love to come back any time. Really very friendly people.

Everything is great, nice place, clean, everything you need. The hostess gave two bicycles for free for use, which was very important in the area.

Very well equipped accommodation with all the comforts and above all quiet. Well connected by public transport with a bus right next door and the bus boat easily accessible to get to Venice. Good value for money. We recommend it.

We spent a almost a week in the lovely apartment by the sea. It's a great place to stay if you want to visit Venice but stay outside in the more relaxed Lido area. There a nice restaurants and cafés as well as small shops nearby. We enjoyed staying in the carefully designed apartment. Federico was a great host, who gave us a personal reception and gave us tips about the area. Eventhough we were delayed, he waited for us unti we got there. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back another time.

Federico’s place was really relaxing and quiet. All the services were next door: shops, restaurants, the beach and public transportation! All our needs were met and more! Beautiful garden and amazing walk to the beach. Lido at its finest!

We spent our girls' vacation for a week in the apartment. The landlords were super friendly and helpful. The apartment was a perfect size for the four of us and was nicely quiet.
