Vacation rentals with beach access in Venezia

Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sogar geräumiger als erwartet. Die Möbel sind nicht die allerneusten dafür aber hervorragend gepflegt und wirklich sehr sauber! Gemütliche Betten, eine gut ausgestattete Küche und ein top gepflegtes Bad. Zwei schöne kleine Balkone um am Abend einen Apperitivo zu trinken. Beste Lage da sehr ruhig in einer gehobenen Umgebung aber dennoch sehr zentral. Grazie Mille!

L’appartement de Nicolo est parfait. Tout est bien pensé, il ne manque rien. La décoration est sobre, tout à fait adapté à un Airbnb. Très bien situé, aussi bien pour accéder aux plages, que pour aller visiter Venise. Nicolo est réactif, tout s’est très bien passé, merci.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr ruhig und schön. Wir konnten jeder Zeit die Fahrräder nutzen und die Gegend erkunden. Wir waren außerdem oft in dem langen und tiefen Pool und haben tipps bekommen wie wir am besten zur Fähre/ Venedig kommen. Dies war mit Auto auch nicht weit entfernt. Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Beide sind sehr Verständnisvoll und sorgen sich gut um einen. Soraia hat immer versucht uns bei fragen so gut wie möglich zu helfen. Die Unterkunft liegt nicht im Touri Zentrum, was wir sehr angenehm fanden, aber ist trotzdem an allem nah genug dran. Können die Wohnung nur empfehlen!

Jenny’s place is a charming Venetian home that is a walking distance to major attractions (about 10 mins) but does not get noisy since it’s on a quiet street. There’s a supermarket about 2. Mins away from the home so you can get any grocery stuff. Felt nice to have the 2nd bathroom for a small house like this so it made our daily stuff go faster when you’re a family of 4. Dryer in the apartment was a super bonus for us since in prior Italian places we didn’t have a dryer and had to air dry the clothes for over a day in April. Jenny was also very helpful and understanding that we needed the home for a few extra hours after checkout time due to a later flight and she let us use the time complimentary since she didn’t have another guest coming after us. Overall we had a wonderful stay and I’d recommend to anyone.

We loved our stay at this apartment. Pros: beautiful views from so many windows overlooking the canal. Great location within walking distance of everything you’d want to do. Plenty of coffee and toiletries. Great guidebook. Clean and comfortable. Cons: (this is a first for me, so I apologize, but feel it necessary to mention for future travelers) We were informed by Illaria at check in that in April the heat and AC are not available. This was problematic because we were so so hot at night trying to sleep, and opening the windows wasn’t an option because the smell of the canal at times can be bad, and the mosquitoes really love our son. He was covered with bites at night without even ever opening the windows. I don’t think this is a problem specific to the apt, but more so the canal. Also, there are 2 WiFi’s depending on where in the apt you are. When you leave a room you have to resign in. Not a problem for us, but if you’re planning to work the WiFi isn’t reliable. 5star overall

Un très bel appartement dans un quartier agréable au calme pas très loin du centre historique de Venise. Idéal pour 6 personnes.

Gutes Appartment für Familie oder auch Paare. Tolle Lage. Wir haben einen Ausflug auf Venedig gemacht. ca. 25min zum Schiff und mit dem Schiff ca. 30 min fahrt. Ruhigerer Teil von Jesolo. Direkt ein Spielplatz für Kleinkinder nebenan. Restaurants und Strand innerhalb 10min erreichbar.

We kregen van de host duidelijke instructies hoe we Lido di Venezia konden bereiken. Nadat we onze aankomsttijd aan hem doorgaven, kwam hij ons afhalen bij de boot waarmee we aankwamen. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, was schoon en heeft fijne bedden. Het ligt op loopafstand van de boot naar Venetië in een rustige straat. Dichtbij is een supermarkt en verschillende restaurants. De host had voor ons ook nog waardevolle tips voor bezienswaardigheden op Lido di Venezia zelf en voor de restaurants. Alles bij elkaar dus een top-ervaring

Andrea & Valentina are exceptional hosts! Andrea’s communication is excellent: he checks in, makes recommendations & is quick to answer any questions you have. The home is beautiful, well decorated, clean, with all the lovely amenities you could ask for. The private garden with the Jacuzzi was a bonus—very relaxing and peaceful. I ended up using it daily! Their home is on a nice quiet canal, tucked away from the very ‘touristy’ areas, but just a short walk to any of the popular attractions. There were tons of lovely restaurants & shops in the neighborhood, and a supermarket about a 5 minute walk away for necessities. Their place is really a gem, and if I could give it more than 5 stars I would! Highly recommend & would definitely book again on my next trip to Venice!

We just loved this charming airbnb that has been designed and renovated with a lot of care and thought, we loved the beautiful Burano island (especially having it all to ourselves before and after all the day visitors left) and the communication with the hosts including detailed directions, maps, guidance, tips and all else was absolutely remarkable. All in all we loved the house and the island and it made for a perfect vantage point to reach Venice going in the opposite flow of all the visitors. If you enjoy Burano early mornings and evenings when no one is there - and go to Venice in the day you hit it perfectly in terms of the boat & tourist traffic. All in all a romantic and charming spot - our family was wowed! Loved it!

Gut gelegene Unterkunft direkt am Meer,sehr ruhig gelegen ca40 min mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr bis nach Venedig und nach Insel Murano gut erreichbar. Sehr zu empfehlen .

We loved the aesthetic and location of Michele’s family summer house on Lido. It’s a proper 1960s gem. Well equipped and clean. Michele was super helpful. Was nice to be a little bit away from the craziness of Venice in a chilled neighbourhood.

Tolle Wohnung und super eingerichtet. Nahe an der Bushaltestelle. Wir waren zufrieden und Elena antwortete schnell und sehr hilfreich.

When our original flat was cancelled at the last minute we were so relieved that Nena and Elena were able to give us a later check-in and accommodate us. They were both in touch on our day of arrival and we felt very reassured - great hosts. The house was lovely, lots of space, very quiet at night and we slept so well. Thank you

I highly recommend Maria and Carlo's home. The house was just as described, very clean, and in a great location -- easy walking distance to any point in Venice. Maria and Carlo were fabulous hosts going out of their way to meet us at the dock, walk us to and through the home, and walk us around the area to ensure we knew where to go. They also provided recommendations for site seeing, food, and drinks. We utilized their recommendations many times and were very happy with their selections. They were also very responsive to our questions and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. I can't recommend them enough!

Wir waren leider nur drei Nächte bei Carlotta, haben uns aber sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber und wir hatten mit Carlottas Vater einen äußerst liebenswerten Ansprechpartner. Gäbe es einen sechsten Stern, würde ihn Carlotta, ihre Familie und ihre Unterkunft absolut verdienen. Wir kommen sicher wieder und wünschen Carlotta und ihrer Familie alles Gute!!!

The apartment was everything we hoped it would be, and it certainly lived up to the great reviews we had seen online prior to our visit. Loredona was a very helpful host. Apartment was very clean and spacious. Quiet building with a grocery right around the corner.

Nous avons été très agréablement surpris de notre séjour chez Paolo car tout ce qui est écrit dans l’annonce est conforme à la réalité. Quand on avait des question il répondait toujours rapidement, il donnait pleins de suggestions pour des restaurants, activités et transports. Au niveau de la propreté c’est impeccable ainsi que pour l’emplacement, un quartier calme et facile d’accès pour aller à Venise. Y a tout ce qu’il faut dans l’appart même des épices :) Le rapport qualité prix est plus que parfait et Paolo est très accueillant et bien intentionné. Si on reviendra à nouveau à Venise, on ira définitivement chez Paolo.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Venise avec ma femme et notre fille de 15 mois. L’appartement est idéalement situé, en plein cœur de la ville, parfait pour découvrir la magie de Venise à pied. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis et vraiment gâtés tout au long de notre séjour. L’endroit est romantique à souhait, idéal pour un voyage en amoureux, tout en étant très confortable pour une petite famille. Je recommande vivement à tous les voyageurs et voyageuses cet hébergement exceptionnel !

Even BIGGER & BETTER than the photos.. This place feels like a giant art gallery, decorated so beautifully with an unforgettable view. I felt very safe, warm & comfortable here. This is the place you must book if you want authentic charm & to feel like a royal princess. Pedro was extremely helpful & clear with instructions & directions to the place, then I was greeted by Caterina upon arrival. She was also kind enough to take me to a gorgeous local bar on the canal for a drink, then proceeded to show me around Venice a little more & gave me lots of tips as well as places to go. Everything is walkable, the area feels safe even at night. Pack light as there are lots of stairs! Not just at the air BnB but all over Venice in general. There is so much to do close by, with great options for coffee, treats, shopping & food - I really enjoyed my stay, I wish it could’ve been longer than 2 nights but I will absolutely be back for much longer next time. Thank you 🙏

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Giulia von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check-In war auch dank der guten Kommunikation sehr einfach. Die Wohnung ist super sauber, ordentlich und es fehlt an nichts. Das Bett war sehr bequem, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Toll ist auch, dass es überall zu öffnende Fliegengitter gibt und Rolladen zum Abdunkeln. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren, der Strand ist gleich um die Ecke und direkt in der Anlage gibt es ein nettes, kleines Café/ Bistro, wo wir am Nachmittag unseren Cappuccino genossen haben. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Wonderful location in Cannareggio, directly on a canal. Everything you need is within easy walking distance. Do buy a vaporetto pass for your stay. We tried one of the host/suggested restaurants and it was wonderful! We went several times to Vino Vera for Cichhetti, and it was wonderful. Aside from being in a place which in and of itself is art, head to the Peggy Guggenheim collection for an enthralling experience with Dali, Jackson Pollock, Picasso, Magritte, Klee and many other mind boggingly beautiful paintings. We had an absolutely wonderful time at Ca’ Camello in Venezia! Prego!

Great experience from start to finish! Loved staying away from the crowds, peaceful neighborhoods. Have a boat terrace made some of our tour pick up a breeze! Would highly recommend of staying in Venice! Pietro was also so helpful in arranging taxis for us, made everything so simple!
