We stayed at the Barbara's place over the weekend. It's located in a peaceful area with a 10 mins walk to the railway station and the supermarket. The place itself is clean and spacious, also convenient for some basic cooking. Overall a very nice experience!

We had a wonderful stay at Jolanda’s place! The room was beautiful and extremely clean. From the moment we arrived, Jolanda was warm, welcoming, and kind—she offered us coffee right away and made us feel at home. We were hungry and didn’t have any groceries, so she kindly offered us some soup she had made (even though we politely declined), and even offered us her bike so we could ride to a nearby village. Breakfast was just wow—absolutely amazing. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend her place!

Loved the place!! Very nice, clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable, we truly enjoyed the jacuzzi, unfortunately did not have time for the sauna. The place had more than you can expect, from soap to coffee… Hosts are very nice, would love to come back.

We enjoyed Jolinda's stay. Everything is great for you. The cottage was nice and warm, which is of course pleasant given the cold days. Jolinda is the very good, friendly host. Our communication went very well. We can recommend this cottage to anyone who comes for peace and quiet, to relax, enjoy hiking in the beautiful surroundings and with Enschede and Hengelo at a short distance.

We had a wonderfully relaxing 10 days with Henk and Janet. Hospitality is very important. It was my birthday on the day of departure and I received a small card and tart. That was so sweet! Sauna and jacuzzi are an absolute dream. It was perfect for our needs. Go out every morning and greet the fish, look at the Japanese maple tree and relax. Small but d**n nice! Thank you!! ❤️

Modern studio in green surroundings near Utrecht

Such a perfect place to stay if you want some peace and quiet, but also easily accessible if you fancy spending time within the city of Utrecht. It was even perfect for day trips around the Netherlands, with only a 25 minute bus to Utrecht Centraal. The bus stop was less than a five minute walk from the flat. The flat itself was immaculate and so beautiful, really comfortable and provided everything that you would need daily! Check-in and check-out was very easy and accessible and if we had any questions they were almost immediately answered. I would recommend this flat to anybody wanting to stay near to Utrecht. It is a little further than the main things to see and do in Ziest but was still easily walkable to them. We had an amazing stay.

Apartment glued to the owner's house with independent entrance. Very cozy accommodation with all necessities. Large entrance which can be very convenient for storing suitcases, bags and shoes when traveling. The house is in a secure residence with access to tennis and pétanque courts. The owner leaves bicycles available which is very nice with the number of bike paths nearby! Leon is very kind, he greeted us with a smile and then remained available throughout our trip.

Had great days with my Son. Super Sweet and helpful Host! The garden is perfect for sitting,and especially in the evening with the beautiful lights. The tour with the beautiful Alpacas is also a great added value. The cottage is super clean,and extremely cozy. Fantastic location where you can really relax.. Restaurant De Beach Bar a little further away is also recommended !!!! We could use 2 bicycles,so we could leave the car. We will definitely come back!!!!

A lovely little gem surrounded by beautiful greenery and nature. We found it to be very peaceful and relaxing. It is also very well situated close to everything you need, within walking distance from the central station and shops, there is also a bus stop right at the corner. The room itself is comfortable and clean with lovely heating, the kitchen has everything you need. Beautiful shower and amenities all around. The hosts were always responsive snd friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We were looking for a place to sleep on the way back from Berlin and were lucky that we could go here the same day. John replies very quickly and is clear, flexible and friendly. The apartment is a very nice mix between modern and antiques and there is even a real bedstee. It's very clean. A nice roof terrace. Nice extras such as bathrobes, toiletries, coffee, tea etc. We would definitely come back here.

We had very nice days. The cottage is very well cared for and nice. The garden offers a wide view, tranquility, blossom in this season, bird sounds, view of the free-range chickens and the kievits in the field. Beautiful area for cycling. 15 minutes from Deventer where we ate and walked for an evening. Marnix and Erie are very relaxed friendly people who gave us plenty of space to enjoy their beautiful place.

What a fantastic place to have a getaway! After a long day in the cold, we were welcomed with the in-house sauna and bathtub, perfect to unwind. The place was also really spacious for two of us. Bertie is also a friendly host and provides a hearty breakfast in the morning. Would recommend.

The apartment is well located. You could reach everything quickly by bike. Shopping is sufficiently available and we were provided with a good list of recommendations for the area. The apartment was very clean and modernly furnished.

Marcel is very kind. We get to enjoy the little yard. From the place, it is easy to access the city by bus, or even by walking for the traditional « wandeling ». My wife and I warmly recommend.

Our host was really friendly and even cleaned our dishes on the 2nd day ❤️ The Apartment has everything we needed for this short trip and the terrace is real beautiful and gives you a very nice view of the surrounding nature. It was real quiet and the bus station was only 5 min away. We‘d love to come again!

A very nice and quiet area. Beautiful nature and cultural places all easy to reach by car or public transport. Cottage is very complete, super clean and wonderfully quiet. A little crazy to enter through the garage with motorbikes and there was a gasoline air, but in the cottage itself nothing to notice.
