Welcome to ’B ’t Oale Spoor,’ located in a lovely spot right on the edge of the Sallandse Heuvelrug in the charming village of Hellendoorn! At the back of the garden is our guest house with a private garden, living room, kitchenette with pantry, bathroom/toilet, bedroom with a double bed, loft bedroom with 2 beds above the kitchen, and 1 bed in the mezzanine bedroom. Luxury Voorhuis monument - OPTION Hot tub & Sauna

The Front House of our national monumental farmhouse has been renovated into a full luxury suite with its own amenities. The original details, such as the high ceilings, the bedstee walls and even an original bedstee you can sleep in, have been preserved. No less than 65m2 with its own kitchen, spacious living room and separate bedroom with freestanding bath. Toilet and spacious walk-in shower. With the option to use the hot tub, sauna and outdoor shower at an additional cost, you can relax wonderfully.

Luka's Hut, eco-cabin with sauna by the river

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

3 km away from Hardenberg in the beautiful hamlet "Engeland" is for rent on private property: Het Bakhuus, for B&B and short vacations. Hardenberg is located in the natural Vechtdal of Overijssel and has a lot to offer. Our B&B is equipped with all modern facilities such as a modern kitchen, Philips Hue lighting, smart TV and Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxury Jacuzzi and wood stove. The B&B with large private garden and unobstructed view is completely shielded from the farmhouse by a fence and is only accessible to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you can look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast of your choice is optional.

Through the oldest city park in the Netherlands, you cross the IJssel with the ferry and you are in the middle of the lively city center. Or walk around the corner into the floodplains.

On our property, on the Sallandse Heuvelrug, there is a residential house with a guesthouse diagonally behind it. The guesthouse (50 m2) has all the comforts. From the guesthouse, you overlook the beautifully landscaped garden (1 ha in size) and the countryside. You come here for peace and quiet and for the beautiful nature. For children, the garden is a true playground paradise. Haarle is located on the Sallandse Heuvelrug. You can hike and bike beautifully here.

Fun with the whole family in this stylish vacation home. In the middle of the forest is our lovely, cozy family home. Fully equipped, with 3 spacious bedrooms with lovely beds, kitchen with cooking island, cozy living room with TV / Wii, wood stove and very spacious garden. With BBQ, fire basket and cozy fireplace to light a fire. There is a pool, playground and tennis court in the park itself. Please note this park is a quiet park. No noise after 10pm!
