We loved our stay with Werner and Friederike. They were friendly, helpful and accommodating at all times, and they even left some welcome presents for us upon arrival. The house is beautiful and artistic, every detail has been taken care of. The garden is incredible. We enjoyed our days at Werner's and Friederike's house thoroughly and we highly recommend to stay with them.

Was here our 3rd time, that says enough anyway. City of Bocholt within walking distance. Cozy town, nice shops and lots of choice in restaurants. Clean and spacious home. A bakery across the street, which is open on Sundays as well. In short, we will definitely come back.

We both really loved Annemiek’s place. It has a very central location and minimal noise except for the bells but we actually liked these. With regards to check in and check out time Annemiek was very accommodating to this which was a great bonus for us. The apartment was spotless and everything we needed was provided. We stayed over New Years eve and Zwolle definitely came to light at midnight with regards to the fireworks and with the location we had an excellent spot to watch it from the windows If passing Zwolle again we will definitely stay here on our next visit!

The apartment is located on the top floor of a beautiful old town house which is totally preserved in it's original state, but with the apartment being on the top floor there's two sets of steep stairs to climb, the apartment quite big and is lovely, with all the equipment you need for a long stay, bedroom is nice too, only negatives are there's no door at the top of the stairs for the whole apartment just the living room and bedroom have doors and I wasn't given a key those rooms either, and the W/C and toilet area was very small and the door didn't lock, the hosts where very friendly and didn't bother me whatsoever and i felt reasonably comfortable upstairs on my own, sharing someone's property isn't for everyone but it's sometimes nicer than just a hotel room with 4 walls, a little home from home i suppose !

Really nice apartment, I felt like at home. One of the best Airbnb where I have stayed! You could feel it was the place from someone, it was cozy and the details were well chosen! Looking forward to stay there next time I am going to Amersfoort 🥰. Jan was always very communicative. 10/10

It was my second time staying at this house, and everything was perfect. I highly recommend it and will choose to stay here every time I visit Bocholt.

Miep & her husband work very hard to make sure the people at the bnb are well taken care of. Staying at this farm was beautiful. Me & my partner woke up to beautiful peacocks outside our window every morning and could walk around the stables and pet horses! The area was clean & easy to manage. Best part of the nights was the hosts giving us wood, fire starters, & matches to start a fire & sit by the fire under a million stars with my partner. Remember that it is a farm! You are going to hear mice occasionally trying to get in the bag of chips at night while asleep in the kitchen! But!!! there are places in the Airbnb to keep it safe. Miep & her husband thought of every possible way to make our stay welcoming & safe! I would 100% be back the next time Im in the netherlands!

Lovely place and a lovely host! The accommodation was very quiet and cozy and the area was nice. The kitchen is well stocked. We fell in love with the cats! Especially Kees!

Conny's house is so beautiful!Very tasteful, the room is very cozy, the bed is very comfortable, it was very cold that day, the room and bathroom were already open and the heating was very comfortable ~ We fell into the water because of rowing in the morning, and our bodies were soaked, we asked the landlord if there was a laundromat nearby, Conny was very warm and considerate and helped us handle the😭 clothes and helped us fold them, she was simply an angel!!Supermarket nearby for convenient shopping, peaceful environment, worth a stay!
