The Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park is a 10-minute drive away. Nijmegen, Arnhem, Den Bosch and Utrecht in half an hour.

B&B De Boomgaard is located near the village of Heerde, between IJsselvallei and Veluwse forests, on the A50, in the middle of Apeldoorn and Zwolle. The detached cottage is over 40 m2 and furnished for 2 people, equipped with all the comforts such as underfloor heating with a pellet stove, Wi-Fi, smart TV, combi microwave/oven, fridge with freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee maker. For hikers, there are two bicycles available for cycling to the village.
