The kitchen has a 6-burner gas stove, a large oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and various appliances. The designer bed is in the living room. On your private terrace is the outdoor shower. In the garden overlooking the Rhine, there are various seating and BBQ areas.

The Hut in Radio Kootwijk in a unique location.

On top of the Veluwe massif is the small village of Radio Kootwijk. This village was founded around 1920 around "Building A" in which the long wave transmitter stood for the radio telephone connection to what was then the Dutch East Indies. And later for all intercontinental telephone connections, TOR (telephone over radio). Later connections with ships. Became unnecessary after satellite. The old sheepfold has been transformed into a modern guest house for families, located in the scenic landscape of the Gelderse Vallei, at a good distance from the farmhouse. The authentic character has been preserved with wooden beams from 1758 and a partially thatched roof. Overlooking old oaks and a young forest. OLED TV and good WiFi (fiberglass) available as well as a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The sheepfold is insulated, with double glazing and is heated by underfloor heating.

The house is located on the small and very quiet park "de Heidekamp". This is a park on the edge of the forest. Nearby there are many amenities. A cute, cozy, stone, 1970s cottage that appeals to the imagination. It is a single-storey house (thresholds!) with a spacious garden. Our cottage can accommodate 4 people and is also very suitable for families with children. In addition to the 4 fixed sleeping places, a camping bed is also available.

Old bakehouse at the Veluwe

This picturesque, complete and carefully renovated old bakehouse (from around 1850) is a 15-minute walk from Heerder beach, with its own entrance and private terrace. The B&B is open from May 2019. The grounds are surrounded by meadows with cows and horses that guard the tranquility of this special place. Directly in front of the house is a beautiful little stream with a bridge which gives the whole a fairy-tale image.
