Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Velsen

The house was very comfortable and clean with lots of amenities that you would want. Nykita was extremely helpful and very friendly. The only slight negatives are that the stairs are very narrow (apparently this is normal in Holland but for us it was difficult - more our problem than Nykita). Also there was only 1 bath towel, all the others were hand towels. Nykita told us this is the size she has, but again for us it is very strange not to have larger towels - but we managed for 2 nights. It is a lovely home and Nykita is a fantastic host

Ci siamo sentiti come a casa, zona tranquilla, con servizi tutti vicini a 3 km dal centro di Haarlem. Per raggiungere Amsterdam abbiamo utilizzato il treno che in 10 minuti raggiunge la stazione centrale di Amsterdam. Consigliatissimo.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Wenjas schönem Beach House. Es war so liebevoll und schick eingerichtet, die Küche komplett ausgestattet. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung trifft absolut zu. Die Kinder hatten große Freude im Pool zu schwimmen und die Sauna hinterher war eine Wohltat. In ein paar Minuten ist man am wunderschönen Strand mit netter Beach Bar. (Zu erwähnen ist vielleicht, dass ein Abschnitt ein Hundestrand ist. Für unsere Kinder eine Riesen Freude so viele freundliche Hunde anzutreffen. ) Von der Wohnung aus sind es nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto zum Shopping Center im Ort und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten (zb Keukenhof, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Zandvoort usw) sind in 20-40 min erreichbar. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und werden definitiv wieder kommen. Vielen Dank, dass du dein schönes Haus mit uns geteilt hast, liebe Wenja. Absolute Empfehlung ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nous avons passé des merveilleuses vacances chez Willems, je ne m’attendais pas à être dans sa maison mais tout est fait pour y être à l’aise. Un petit livret est posé afin qu’on sache quoi faire dans les environs. Ça aide beaucoup et il est super réactif lorsqu’on lui demande comment accéder à un endroit. Merci encore

Tolle Location. Die Lage ist erste Klasse. Nach Amsterdam City geht es von Haarlem mit dem Zug auch super schnell, und die Parkplätze waren kostenlos. Gerne wieder.

Mein Freund, unser Vierbeiner und ich haben knappe 5 Tage in Berrie's Haus gewohnt. Es ist ein sehr schönes kleines Häuschen mit einem, größtenteils gepflasterten Garten. Die Sonne scheint richtig schön auf die Sitzecke im Garten und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das Wohnzimmer ist heller und freundlicher als es auf den Fotos aussieht :) Der Strand ist in etwa einer Stunde zu Fuß erreichbar.. mit dem Auto dauert es nur knappe 20min. Die öffentliche Anbindung nach Amsterdam beinhaltet 15 Minuten Gehzeit zum Bahnhof und ca 40 Minuten mit der Bahn die einen direkt zum Hauptbahnhof bringt. Wer also eine ruhige schöne Gegend zwischen Amsterdam und Strand sucht ist hier genau richtig :) Wir können Berrie's Haus wärmstens empfehlen!

Tolle Unterkunft in historischem Ambiente direkt an den Schleusen von Ijmuiden. Wir kannten uns vor Ort bereits gut aus , aber durch dieses tolle historische Haus haben wir noch einen neuen Blick auf Ijmuiden bekommen. Einmalige Einrichtung und tolles Flair !

I highly recommend this place for those looking for a convenient, quiet place away from the city center but with easy access by a short, easy walk to bus stop and train station to get to Haarlem and or Amsterdam. Mark was a great host even though he couldn’t meet us. He was always quick to respond and helpful. Sant-poort was a nice little town to relax in. The house was close to groceries and restaurants. It was cozy and comfortable. We felt right at home.

Me and my girlfriend stayed in Maurice's Apartment over the Weekend. communication with Maurice was perfect and easy, friendly and very welcoming. Maurice made our stay as comfortable as possible. the Apartment was neat and Clean and Provides everything you need for a relaxing stay. 10/10 would recommend

Die Unterkunft ist einfach empfehlenswert. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön und die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten uns aufgrund der Nähe zum Strand super entspannen.

Wir waren als vierköpfige Familie für eine Woche über Ostern in diesem klein, aber feinem Apartment. Es ist sehr hübsch und funktional eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber und einem sehr guten Zustand. Der Ausblick in beide Richtungen aus dem Apartment ist einfach herrlich und die Nähe zum Strand wunderbar. Es kann sogar ein gemeinschaftliches Schwimmbad und eine Sauna genutzt werden, vollkommen problemlos. Julie ist eine sehr nette und unkomplizierte Gastgeberin, die jederzeit zu erreichen war. (vielen Dank für deine Unterstützung, Julie!). Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten von Minute eins an entspannen.

Een erg fijn appartement, op korte afstand van het strand. Alles is aanwezig, de keuken is ook prima uitgerust om zelf te koken. Gerard reageert erg snel en mocht er een klein probleempje zijn dan wordt dat direct naar volle tevredenheid opgelost. Kortom, een aanrader en ik kom hier graag terug!

Das Apartment von Masha und Tom hat alles was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht, und wenn einem etwas fehlt versucht Masha umgehend eine Lösung zu finden. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvolle eingerichtet und die zwei separaten Schlafzimmer ein Pluspunkt. man hat ausreichend Platz. Sehr freundliche Kommunikation und sehr angenehme Gastgeber. Obwohl die Wohnung im selben Haus liegt , hat man seine Privatsphäre und es ist super ruhig. Wir hatten unsere Gravelbikes dabei, idealer Startpunkt um in die wunderschönen Dünenlandschaften von Nordholland zu starten. Vor Ort gibt es einen kleinen Spar Supermarkt mit guter Auswahl, ansonsten ist die nächste Stadt gut erreichbar. Dort gibt es auch einen Bahnhof. Von meiner Seite aus volle Empfehlung, ich würde wiederkommen!

Estadía muy agradable, recomendado. Los alrededores de la casa son muy agradables y tranquilo. Las ciudades de interés turístico quedan cerca ya sea en carro o tren. Ideal también para hacer caminatas o bicicleta. Gracias Fabiola

Staying in this apartment was a perfect experience during my education in the Netherlands. The apartment is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The location is ideal, close to all key places and with excellent public transport connections.

We had a most wonderful time at Bert and Aliefka´s place. A perfect spot for a vacation full of variety: Amsterdam nearby (public transportation in the street), wonderful beaches and nature within walking distance, beautiful bike paths everywhere including through industrial harbour areas (very interesting!) to get to the northern beaches. We loved having two great bikes for our use at the house to go everywhere! A great advantage! The apt. has a very convenient floor plan and a cute back patio and is very quiet. Bert was very welcoming with a bottle of wine, speculatius and a seasonal pumpkin. We will definitely keep his place in mind for future trips to this most lovely area of Amsterdam and beautiful surroundings.

Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft!!! Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an wohl gefühlt :-) Sie liegt sehr zentral direkt am Strand aber dennoch ruhig. Man ist in wenigen Gehminuten am Strand mit vielen Strandbars sowie in den Dünen. Das Highlight ist aber der Ausblick. Wir haben es sehr genossen, direkt vom Wohnzimmer aus auf den Strand zu blicken und die Sonnenuntergänge zu bestaunen. Vom Schlafbereich schaut man direkt auf den Nationalpark. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Danke für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

I cannot recommend Markus and her rental enough. We were 4 adults including my 84 year old mom and the place worked so well for us. Fantastic neighborhood with restaurants and shops very close; best of all 5 minute walk to Vondelpark for a stroll, a beer or coffee and a respite from the crazy hustle of Amsterdam. Peaceful and well appointed home that was free of clutter. I only realized this was a family home when Markus told me. Separate places to get space. Downstairs bed for my mom (no stairs). I will recommend to friends and family!

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Von Reinigungsmitteln, duschgel, Shampoo, Bergen von weichen Handtüchern. Es war wirklich alles da. Ganz herzlicher Empfang, tolle und schnelle Kommunikation. Die Matraze ist sehr gut, TV viele Programme sogar prime und Netflix. Gemütlicher Balkon. sehr ruhig. Die Treppe ist tatsächlich steil, aber man gewöhnt sich dran. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Great location (so convenient to be right at the park for morning runs) and accommodating hosts (we had a baby with us)!

This lovely place is right off the park, walkable to restaurants, shops and even to the museums (through the park), and just a 20 min ride to the city center. It's in a VERY family friendly area!! The host is excellent -- very friendly and helpful and quick with responses. The flat is fully appointed and even has a little back patio, but 2 of the bedrooms are quite small, and the stairs between floors are steep!

Super Ferienwohnung zum Entspannen, 1min Fußweg zum Strand, toll und sehr gemütlich ausgestattete Wohnung. Gut erreichbare Vermieterin. Praktisch mit Parkplatz direkt vor dem Appartement. Gerne wieder!

Words cannot express how lovely Joze’s place was! She met us upon arrival and gave us a tour, and we immediately felt right at home! She was extremely helpful and communicative! The home is located in a fantastic quiet neighborhood with walking distance to everything Amsterdam has to offer! The home is filled with Joze’s artwork and it makes for stunning finishing touches! We cannot wait to come back to Amsterdam and hopefully have the opportunity to stay at her place again! We had the BEST time!
