La Viola Vacation Home The vacation home is the original guest house of Villa La Viola. The vacation home is located on the village meadow Wijk aan Zee and is within walking distance (10 minutes) of the beach and the sea. The house is suitable for two people as standard, can be expanded to a maximum of 4 people for an additional fee, and consists of a living room combined with kitchen, separate toilet and a separate bathroom and 4 sleeping places on the floor. The house has its own parking facilities.

This cozy apartment is a perfect base for a delightful holiday near the beach. It is a quiet spot behind the dunes in the village of Wijk aan Zee, on walking distance (10 min.) from the widest beach of Holland. The apartment has all facilities and there is also a nice terrace with a wide view over the village. The apartment has a private entrance and features a small kitchen, a lovely bathroom and a great bed. You also have a private parking place and there are two bicycles available. Enjoy!

This beautiful family ship is fully equipped. There is a fully equipped kitchen, internet and toilet. There are 8 beds spread over a captain’s cabin, a room in the front and a fixed bunk bed next to the aisle. Showers are possible in the shower complex in the harbor, where 16 showers are available for you. You can also sail to Amsterdam and stay there for the night for example, or sail on the IJsselmeer or North Sea. We would like to tell you what is possible with our beautiful boat.

A newly build tiny house on the small beach of IJmuiden next to the harbor. It is located right on the beach and 25 meters from the seafront. It has a front row location so has a perfect view of the sunsets. To spend your evenings and mornings right on the beach in your private house is something so good we can not describe! Amsterdam is very close (25min) and cosy Haarlem is even closer. Free private parking and free WiFi (not super stable since we are on the beach)

In de residence IJmuiderslag bevindt zich dit gezellige strandappartement. Het appartement kenmerkt zich door de bijzondere ligging midden in de duinen. Een wandeling van 10 minuten door de duinen brengt je op het strand waar gezellige strandtenten zijn en vele activiteiten voor strand- en watersportliefhebbers. Basecamps IJmuiden aan Zee is an Eco Resort with 34 Tiny Houses. Relax in this comfortable tiny house, less than three minutes away from ,the beach and the Kennemermeer Nature Park. With a luxurious kitchen, a beautiful interior and an area of 50m2, it is a real "Tiny Villa". The bedroom has a double COCO-MAT bed and plenty of closet space. Ideal for two people, with the generous sofa bed also good for four. In this tiny house 1 dog is allowed.

Enjoy the space and the sea alone or with the whole family and relax completely in my beautiful beach house in the front row on the large beach of IJmuiden. On the wooden terrace you can enjoy the fantastic view and the beautiful sunset. The cottage is attractively furnished, has a very comfortable box spring, a separate bedroom, a shower and a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and refrigerator. There is also a BBQ available. 


Summer house on the Dutch coast

The summer house is located on a campsite in a dune pan in IJmuiden within walking distance of the beach. The dune pan provides a pleasant shelter against the sea wind. Amsterdam is also easily accessible by car (40 m) or public transport (55 m). A maximum of 4 adults and 2 small children can stay. The cottage is fully equipped, such as a BBQ, garden furniture and a fully equipped kitchen. The interior gives a Caribbean feeling.

Totally renovated in 2019: Small recreational home in a cozy courtyard with 14 other cottages with open living room/kitchen, toilet with shower, bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200). From the bedroom, you can reach the garden/seating area. Satellite TV and Ziggo. Unfortunately, not suitable for children. No smoking!!
