Very nice accommodation in a really quiet and exotic village. The house is really atypical, don't be afraid of stairs. Ideal if you're looking for peace and quiet.

We arrived on 2nd April and wasn’t disappointed at all . We were greeted by Katia who showed us around . The place is fantastic . The hill is for everyone but we had no problems . The house is brilliant but I would say that the games rooms needs sorting out as there is gym equipment that doesn’t work . I would definitely recommend to anyone and would love to come back again . The restaurants on the sea front are amazing highly recommend the pizza place on the beach front .

Pepe is a great host! Very knowledgeable about the surroundings. Seamlessly communication. The house is very comfortable, sea view, and also a perfect spot for seeing the sunset.

I was there with my two Kids (3 & 15) and both liked it very much! Especially the pool:) Even it was not so warm… My Favorit was the amazing view you have in the Mountains and the silence! We had a long stay 6 weeks in feb/march 25. our dog was with us for half of the stay. The house is as described, we had quite unusually wet weather for half of our stay but the climate control in the house worked really well so we could be warm in the cool evenings. The house is very cute and spacious and the roof terrace was amazing on the sunny days. Pia told us about some of the lovely walking routes and we enjoyed many of them. There is an easy walk to Competa ( once you get to the top of the village- which is pretty steep) it is fairly flat with wonderful views of the mountains and the sea. I would recommend Maro beach, it has parking ( in winter) and a small beach bar, lovely clear water where you can hire a Kayak 22 euro for 1 hour where you can see a fab waterfall that is only visible from the sea. Adrian's bar in Competa, great for cocktails, very chic. Pia was very responsive as was Chris who lived close by for any issues. A real home from home feel. we had a great time.

A beautiful home right in the heart of Benajarafe. The town's main street is just a short walk away & dotted with restaurants, cafés, stores & chiringuitos. Benajarafe itself is a gem, authentic & unspoiled by mass commercialization. The house itself is cozy, very thoughtfully equipped & features three large terraces. Best of all, it is managed by Thorben & his family, who couldn't have been nicer. They're superb hosts: attentive, considerate, flexible & always available for help or advice.

Really cozy, rural, beautiful nature, quiet, tapas bar right next door. We enjoyed it very much. We were fortunate that the weather was really nice, with blue skies and sunshine. In the house there was what we needed. There were three of us, but there could easily be four. We would love to come back again.

We had a lovely stay, despite the torrential rain for most of our visit (March). The house is comfy and we loved the wood-burning stove. The kitchen was great and very well kitted out, and we did a lot of cooking with local produce. The outside area was beautiful, mountains as backdrop, and a huge garden with different areas to sit and enjoy the views and wildlife. Even had orange trees. The house is about 3km from Orgiva, along a very winding road. We were glad it was still daylight when we first arrived, to help find it. Thanks for a lovely stay. I'd love to come back in better weather to really enjoy the pool and do more of the local walks.

Rafael was super accommodating and good on communication. This house is simple but the location is amazing in this warm valley of avocado farms and good views. Nice walks around. A good deck for sunshine and being together.

We immediately felt at home with Rafa. The house is beautiful and equipped with all useful things. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom in the parent room is convenient amenities. We were happy to spend our vacation here. Thx

Beautiful house with sea view, several terraces, heated pool, heating, but also many stairs. Sylwia was very quick to respond when the water in the showers was a bit too cold and set it again. Overall we had a lovely time in the house. However, you should be aware that at the end of October/ early November almost only the garden gets sun (until the early afternoon) and the other terrace areas are rather shaded. The warm pool, hot tub and sympathetic landlords definitely comfort over it.

Marianne is a great host. the house is amazing. it offers everything and it is well equipped. If your are looking for a quiet place to calm down with a great view, this is it. you are also pretty fast in Granada, malaga and marbella or at some of the nice beaches. Marianne takes so much care of the house, the private pool and all the plants which make it a lovely green place with a stunning view! the communication is also very easy and extremly friendly.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We were looking for private accommodation for a family with a four year old child. So that our daughter could be free in the garden. The pool is clean and very nice. Nearby Orgiva is a charming town. If you want to spend time in peace with your family, this is the place. Breakfast in the shade of an olive tree. Relax by the pool overlooking the beautiful mountains. Barbecue in the evening. Beaches within driving distance. Lots to see nearby (Granada, Pampaneira and more). Antonio is a very communicative and friendly person. He helped us with everything we needed, nothing was a problem. Thank you for everything, we spent a wonderful time here.

On arrival we were welcomed by Alvaro who showed us their beautiful place. Top view over the lake and mountains. Plenty flowers and vegitation all around. The contact with Vicky and Alvaro was very heartwarming and lots of info was given on what to do and visit. We would come back gor a visit anytime.

The place was amazing with beautiful views! Nick and Julia were amazing host who were very responsive if we ever needed anything. We will most definitely miss the place and of course the pets too!

Wonderful stay in the Grey House. the hosts couldn't do enough for us and the location was perfect for eating drinking and excursions. pool was a nice place to cool off and prepare for the day. if you are considering renting you will not be disappointed! we will be back

Resetting and finding peace is especially easy here. The location is ideal, away from the hustle and bustle, surrounded by nature, with magnificent views. When you go down in search of the house, you can already sense the special space where you are going to spend your days. Stone house with a peculiar and cozy style interior. Invites you to listen to the silence and read a good book. It's so secluded that you can't get there by car (you'll leave it about 200 meters away). Personally, it was not a problem for us. Nele was super attentive at all times, she even helped us with the gas oven (we are novices in this regard, hehe). Both the accommodation and its human quality are worth experiencing.

Idyllic and rejuvenating place for those who love nature and grandiose landscapes. Access is a little complicated with a non-4x4 car but by driving very slowly it is feasible. Very good communication with Philippe.

We had an incredible stay at this gorgeous apartment—it was beautifully designed and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. Jo was an amazing host, super responsive and thoughtful. Her local restaurant recommendations were absolutely spot on and really elevated our experience. A special mention for the studio you walk through to get to the apartment—it was stunning and such a unique touch that made the whole place feel even more special. Highly recommend staying here

Amazing , magical place in an abandoned village. Peaceful environment, mountains and birds, and a super good restaurant around the corner. Nice bar in the street as well. Village vibes and a stunning cottage, we will be back for sure!

We had a brilliant stay. Natalia was always helpful and welcoming and helped us plan great activities to explore the area. She cooked us a delicious meal on our first evening, and we enjoyed cooking our own meals after that. The bird life is phenomenal in the surrounding countryside - we heard nightingales singing at night, and watched bee eaters in flight. The beach, the cities and the hiking are all readily accessible. As a family of 5 with children aged 8, 14 and 17 it was the perfect mix of luxury comfort, adventure and cultural experience. Thank you for giving us such a memorable holiday stay.
