The house consists of two apartments obtained from a wing of the "Gave" manor house located in Sorana, a small village in the heart of "Svizzera Pesciatina" in Tuscany. The house is ideal for those looking for relax in an atmosphere impossible to find in the most famous tourist locations. Surrounded by terraces where the olive trees are grown and open on the hillside offers a large fenced garden to allow you and your pets to spend a pleasant holiday.

Appartamento accogliente,situato a 2 km dalle Terme di San Giuliano. L'appartamento è parte di una casa colonica tipica delle campagne toscane ed è formato da una stanza da letto matrimoniale, un soggiorno, un bagno e una piccola cucina. All'esterno troviamo la piscina condivisa con me e la mia famiglia e un vasto giardino con parcheggio privato dal quale è possibile ammirare il castello e i parapendii in volo. L'ingresso è indipendente.

Nepitella is a small house, perfect for two. It can also host a child (max height 1.20 m) and is free of architectural barriers. Each house is independent, surrounded by the peaceful greenery of the hillside. In the large garden: travertine pool, hot tub, warm shower, gazebo and barbecue. You can walk through the woods and along the stream. We live next door, discreet yet present. A car is necessary to reach us.

Charming rustic located on top of a private hill, complete remodeled in 2023 with private infinity pool surrounded by nature. The farmhouse has comfortable outdoor spaces where you can eat and relax in front of a breathtaking view. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has a private bathroom. We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.
