We had a lovely week in viareggio the apartment is lovely and in a great location, the host is very helpful and friendly.

Very well-kept and in a strategic position both in terms of beaches and Carnival. Friendly and helpful host. Amenities and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended for a sea time or Carnival

The apartment is in one of the most beautiful and most comfortable areas of Livorno: in the small 'Venice' with canals and boats, near the port and in the city center, with the best restaurants right outside the house. The apartment is in a newly renovated building (like the apartment itself) with a modern, essential and very comfortable style. The cleanliness is impeccable. We'll definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay in Portovenere. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located—just a short walk from the city, shops, and restaurants. It was the ideal base to explore the Cinque Terre and enjoy the peaceful charm of Portovenere. Our hosts were friendly and responsive, making everything easy from check-in to check-out. Special thanks to Helena for her warm help! We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

Great location, great view and great welcome from Francesco and Mari. They took the time to explain everything to us and give us the explanations to facilitate our visit. The place was beautiful and very clean.

Loved the location as it is close to the town center and in a private building. The view from the apartment is great also, seeing the ocean every morning is always a plus. Elio was kind, friendly, and responsive. He never hesitated to accommodate my needs. The pricing is a great deal compared to the surrounding hotels/resorts, and you get a kitchen and washer so huge plus for longer stays.

Very good communication with Francesco who is very attentive. The accommodation is in a perfect location for visiting Florence, Pisa, the Cinque Terre. It is also well-equipped. The bedding is of good quality.

Flawless apartment, close to the beach and amenities but in a quiet and peaceful area. Mariangela is always very helpful and attentive, even to our most obvious requests! There were three of us, two adults and a three-year-old child, and given the space in the house, you can think of staying even in four.

Everything is as described. Main strengths location (beachfront) and well arranged spaces. A relaxing stay also thanks to the outdoor spaces of the house. Lauro and staff are always available and conciliatory. The beautiful garden can attract mosquitoes if the heat becomes persistent (in that case the availability of mosquito nets would be a plus)

The apartment is ideal for a family of 4. There's nothing missing as the other reviews have already described. Frederica was always available and very helpful when questions came up in the first few days. We also enjoyed the large, beautiful garden and often met the two dogs, the cat and the three turtles there. The bikes are suitable for short distances within Marina. Many thanks also to Cristina, who was also always hospitable and helpful. We felt very comfortable.

Antignano is about 6 km from downtown Livorno, but the bus/train runs right nearby. We did not need a car to do all the sightseeing we wanted. The shops you need are very close, bakery, grocery, butcher, pharmacy. Very friendly shopkeepers as well! Giovanna and Fabio are fabulous people, and went way above and beyond our expectations with recommending sights to see, and even giving us a lift to and from the train station! We loved our 2 weeks at Casa dei Remi!

Very positive experience. Well organized and clean house, close to the sea but far from the noise of the center. I'd love to come back if I'm in the area. Only flaw: it may not be easy to find parking, despite being paid everywhere. We parked and didn't move the car again.

We enjoyed our stay, the house was beautiful, garden amazing and views even better than the photos. Gloria gave us a warm welcome and showed us everything we needed to know. A car is essential. The local restaurant owner was very friendly and we enjoyed a few meals there, very convenient, only 5 mins walk! The area is lovely, so much to explore. Thank you for letting us stay.

Tommaso is a nice and accommodating host. When he greeted us, he gave us a basket of products from his organic shop. He made a great effort to ensure that we guests were doing well in his house. He changed the gas bottles for the hot water and adjusted the heating on request and asked several times about our condition. We liked the vacation home very much, a top location right on the sea. The large terrace and dining area invited us to linger. In the house, everything is functionally furnished in a country house style, the kitchen small but nice, the bedrooms and the bathroom met our requirements. We felt very comfortable and were able to enjoy our vacation. We will be happy to come back to Castelioncello. Thank you Tommaso for all your efforts and your committed demeanor. My sister and I were celebrating our 70 and 69 birthdays respectivelly and we decided to explore the beautiful area of Cinque Terre. Casa "La Caletta" had a breathtaking view that transformed in colors throughout the day. The surroundings are very private with birds singing as if in paradise. Maria Grazie was a wonderful, knowlegable and gracious host. Her father, Ricardo ensured that we had a comfortable experience with his expertise handywork and maintenance of the space. This was an experience of our lifetime enhanced by the arrival and stay of our other two sisters who surprised us on our birthdays. I was disappointed when I arrived in New York and did not have the dream-like view in the morning. Warning: wear comfortable walking shoes and do not bring a lot of luggage. Thank you, Maria and Ricardo for the unforgettable experience. We would return in a second!

Despite stormy days, we felt very comfortable in our vacation home. Sitting on the terrace and looking out to the sea was fantastic. The place is very cozy and has a great atmosphere. We will be happy to come back. Thanks for the nice week!

We enjoyed our stay, clean, comfortable, spacious, with free parking steps away. There are several restaurants close by, a lovely canal and easy walk to the beach.

We were super happy with our stay! It was conveniently located, calm, sunny and very close to the beach. It's small but has everything you need for a few days!

Fantastic location near the city and view from the apartment is outstanding. The only problem we had was getting in the apartment as the apartment door is finicky and this could be easily corrected. Would rent again and again. Magical place, magical city.

Perfect welcome extremely clean and pleasant accommodation with a view of the sunrise and very responsive and accommodating host the only negative is the access only on foot not easy when you are loaded but the alleys are very pleasant to walk to park there is an easy access and secure paid parking there are free places but not always free we had a pleasant stay Thank you very much in Alessia for this accommodation

Very well located accommodation in the city and to visit the five lands and Pisa too... Very clean apartment and comfortable bedding in the bedroom (sofa in the living room is not suitable for adults and teenagers because you smell a metal bar in the back) The parking space is very convenient and is a real plus in this area...supermarket next to the apartment it's great...small downside the street noise and the front door of the building...Also thoughtful to take shower gel, dishwasher and washing machine tablet because it's not available in the apartment...

Thank you very much Super Luigi😉!! We just had a great stay in Viareggio with my wife and our 2 children. And the apartment offered by Gianmarco is a big part of it!! The property is clean and very functional, spacious enough for 4 people! An exceptional location! A few meters from the main boardwalk that runs along the beautiful beaches of Viareggio and its bagnos by ten. Exceptional restaurants like the "Pivot bistro di mare" or "l 'Amaro" are just a few meters away! And what about the communication from Gianmarco who was very good advice and who was always able to make himself available according to our needs! I can totally recommend. Beautiful and clean flat with a good kitchen to cook. Beach is very near and besutiful.
