Condo vacation rentals in Vecchiano

Sonia's place was nice and clean and she was responsive. the apartment is very close to the beach. The only problem we had was with the lack of mosquito nets. The plants in the garden of the building were full of mosquitoes and inside when we first entered in the afternoon there were like 4 or 5 mosquitoes. Therefore we had issues with getting fresh air as it was very hard to open the windows and not get mosquitoes in. Apart from that the apartment is large and nicely equipped.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit is very high quality and well furnished with everything we needed. The location is literally steps from the main square and all the main attractions. The kitchen is well stocked with very high quality tools which was a plus for us. We also really appreciated having a large bed since that’s what we are used to at home but is not common in Italy. Lastly, the Internet was super fast and allowed us to get some work done. Would love to stay again in the future!

We stayed in the apartment while attending an Italian language class. Great location for school and beach. Very comfortable bed. Great to have a washing machine. Good kitchen. Nice balcony to sit and have a drink. Great shower but be aware it’s small in size. Not a problem for us. Great space for us over the 2 weeks.

Cecilia is a very kind and caring person. Her house is very large and bright, the spaces are divided very well and furnished in a functional way. The house has everything and there's air conditioning! Due to the great heat we did not take advantage of the large equipped terrace, it was better to stay inside the house in the cool! the house is located in a quiet area, right in front of a large paid parking lot (25 euros per week), with a 10-minute walk along you get to the promenade and the beach resorts (we recommend Amedeo bath) and a few minutes away there are many supermarkets and shops of all kinds. We are 100% satisfied with our stay and will definitely be back next year! Thanks Cecilia

We regret not staying longer at Leonardo's. We loved his home and his unobstructed life. Leonardo's super hosting and availability. We felt at home and didn't want to leave.

Amazing location, walkable to everything within Pisa. Giula left us our own devices which is exactly what we wanted but left clear instructions on how to enter and was lovely when we bumped into her on our way out. Messaged a few times about a couple of things and she responded quickly and was very accommodating and friendly. Very kind host. Would recommend for a weekend in Pisa.

We had a great stay at Adriana’s place! It is within easy walking distance from the train station, and is in a safe area. I did feel a bit uneasy walking later at night, but we had no problems at all. The apartment is larger than we had anticipated, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy, and the bathroom was well appointed (nice towels, great water pressure, etc.). Adriana met us at the door, and showed us around, and clearly communicated the expectations for our stay, as well as throughout our stay if we had questions. There is a grocery store a few steps away, and a great bar for cappuccino in the morning. We really appreciated the recommendations she made, especially her suggestion to visit Portovenere. We were delighted to stay in this lovely apartment!

We stayed for a weekend at Daniele's place. The house is small but equipped with everything you need, super warm, which in winter is a fundamental aspect especially if you travel like us with children. Daniele is a very nice host, he immediately gave us clear directions to the apartment so it was very easy to get there. The house is very clean and with a wonderful view. We had a great time. If possible, we will definitely be back!

Very good stay, the apartment is as described in the listing and clean. The neighborhood is quiet and with free parking nearby. Bus stop 2-minute walk to La Spezia city center 10 minutes by bus and train station 10 minutes more on foot (train to Cinque Terre). Buses also serve Porto Venere, Campiglia, San Lorenzo, Lerici. Anto and Marina are very welcoming hosts, very friendly, with good advice and good recommendations. Thanks again for the hospitality and see you soon. Ale and Soline

We spent 6 days in this newly renovated house, well kept and located in a quiet area. Francesco was very welcoming and helpful in providing us with advice regarding the choice of restaurants and places to visit.

The place is really a dream! We had a lovely, relaxing time with Deborah. The pool and location are great and Deborah gives great recommendations, is totally warm and you feel right at home. And we liked it so much that we want to come back!

We stayed at the end of the season in this really nice area and felt right at home on site. The old oil mill and our apartment are generously allowed, corresponded to the description, the photos shown are even better in reality. It was all clean, all the equipment worked and we felt very comfortable. The large swimming pool is a real highlight and has greatly upgraded the stay, especially the children. The reception on site went smoothly and was very well prepared in advance. We enjoyed the time very much and can really highly recommend the accommodation - the value for money is great! Authentic, quiet and uncomplicated. Lovely place. Everything nice and clean. Beautiful and well-maintained surroundings. The pool area was a class of its own - so nice! There are only three rentals, which makes it very cozy. Mr. Andrea made sure everything was ok and in order - very accommodating, but with limited English knowledge - Google translate and common sense went well though. Possibility of great trips to the local area: Cecina is cozy and a little “classic” tourist town. Here we were at the weekly market as well as had dinner on the marina promenade with the most beautiful sunset. There are also nice beaches. A car is a necessity. Mr. Andrea asked about everything ok. I replied it was perfect. He replied that nothing is perfect. My answer here was: yes, this place was!
