Gångavstånd till stort köpcenter "Grand Samarkand", mataffärer som Willys och Maxi och idrottsarenor Vida och Myresjö Arena. Villan har två sovrum med dubbelsängar (kontinental) + ett sovrum med enkelsäng. Två badrum med dusch och badkar och en toalett. Stort modernt kök med köksö och matbord direktutgång till stor insynsskyddad altan. Härlig trädgård med flera uteplatser och plats för lek/spel. Parkering finns.

Möblerad etta på 20 m2 med utsikt över Växjösjön och endast 5 min promenad till Centrum och stationen. Att cykla till Universitetet tar inte mer än 10 min och till lasarettet på andra sidan sjön endast 5 min. Lägenheten är ljus med parkettgolv, har fullt utrustat pentry, egen toalett och dusch i direkt anslutning till lägenheten. Tillgång till trädgård i sydväst med vacker utsikt/kvällssol över Växjösjön. Du tar dig snabbt och lätt ner till sjön för en promenad, ett bad eller restaurangbesök.

Hus vid sjö utanför Växjö (Ellanda) båt ingår

Detta nybyggda hus med egen tomt ligger precis vid sjön Furen. Ett väldigt lugnt läge mitt ute i skogen där naturen verkligen ligger i fokus. Tillgång till båt finns för mysiga fisketurer eller att ta en tur längsmed Helige Å som kan vara en magisk upplevelse. Här kan du sitta och mysa både inne vid de stora panoramafönstren eller ute på altanen och njuta av utsikten över sjön. Perfekt stuga för fiske eller avkoppling men ändå nära till Växjö (20 km) där butiker och restauranger finns.

Modernt, charmigt och mysigt boende i Nykulla

Minibacke är ett härligt boende på landet i Nykulla, 2,5 mil norr om Växjö. Du bor i en nyrenoverad ladugård med åker och skog utanför knuten och med många sevärdheter i närheten. Boendet lämpar sig bäst för 2 personer. I köket kan du laga lättare måltider. Spis, mikro, kaffebryggare och kylskåp med frysfack finns. Smart-TV med Chromecast och Soundbar med Bluetoothanslutning. Badrum med WC, dusch, tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Bastu och ett utebadkar med varmvatten. 2 st cyklar ingår.

Stenhaga - hus vid egen sjö

Stenhaga, hus med sjötomt, ca 80 meter från vår egna sjö. Stort trädäck med bord och sittplatser. Liten sandstrand. Flytbrygga med badstege. Huset ligger nära Smedstugan, vårt andra hus vi hyr ut här på airbnb. Fiske ingår. Inplanerad lax. En fisk ingår i hyran därefter 130 kr / lax. Roddbåt ingår. Köket har ett vikparti, som går att dra helt åt sidan, stor öppning ut till altanen. Plan 1 - kök, tv rum, badrum. Plan 2 -Vardagsrum med öppen spis, balkong, 3 sovrum. Wifi, apple tv.

Relax in this unique, luxurious and peaceful accommodation. With us at Vikahöjdens lodge you have nature reserves and long walking trails around the corner. With 3 lakes in the vicinity you are close to a swim and maybe a fishing trip. It is built with care and to create a lovely atmosphere and was completed in June 2025. Lake House at Skälsnäs Mansion in Småland

On a peninsula of the famous Lake Helga in Småland, with a rich fish population, forests and an abundance of animals, we rent out a lake house directly on the lake. Horses and sheep graze on the property, which was once owned by Gustav Wasa. Dogs (max. 2) are welcome, at a cost of € 12 per dog/night. A boat (4.5 hp motor) can be hired for €50/day including fuel. You can also rent our ‘Guesthouse’ (see there) and ‘Brygghus’ (see there), both with lake view.

Nice house in Linneryd near the Lake & the Forest

Stay comfortable in a typical Swedish house from a small village where you can enjoy Swedish nature, Småland lake and Kronoberg forest 🌲🫎 🎣 Mattress are new :-) Some precision on equipment : Barbecue is miniature. Computer screen for working is 22". Ink printer is available but the ink may be paying. Maintenance on bikes is not garanted. The main bathroom with shower is upstairs but the bath is in the basement.

Himlakull B&B. Near the forest with swimming pond.

Our cozy cottage is beautifully situated on our small farm in the middle of the Småland forest. The forest is located right around the corner for wonderful forest excursions. Next to the house there is a pond where you can swim. Cozy beach with sun loungers that you can enjoy in nice weather. The farm is only 10 minutes from the beautiful lake Åsnen and only 25 minutes to Växjö or Älmhult.
