Patio with table and chairs, barbecue area overlooking the lake and trampoline for the children in summer. By the lake, there is a wood-fired sauna for rent and a rowboat to borrow. Bed linens & towels can be rented. Cleaning can be booked. A cabin for 2 is also available for rent.

Charming cottage with magical views of the Örnsköldsvik inlet. On the terrace, you have the sun most of the day, and there you can enjoy the sunsets. Next to the patio, there is a charcoal grill available for use. Inside the cabin, you have two bedrooms & a smaller toilet. A fully equipped kitchen is available, and in the living room there are 2 couches and a TV. From the couches, you can catch a glimpse of the view. There is a trampoline on the property that may be used on your own risk. On a few occasions, the neighbor's grandchildren may be there jumping; we will inform you beforehand!

These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to Sundsvall city center and stops outside Mitt University on the way. Proximity to Högakustenleden/Skuleberget, sea and lake swimming, Höga Kusten boats to Ulvön/Trysunda, Kustladan and Fäberget, etc. • E4/Bicycle and walking path runs just below the cottage, which stretches all the way to Skuleberget. • 5 km to bus station and grocery store (Coop) in Ullånger. • Close to sea fishing.
