Welcome to Toppstugan on scenic Storholmen outside Sundsvall/Alnö. The island has rich nature and exciting history as a coastal fortress. Three cannons are today preserved on the island. The cottage has three rooms and a kitchen with a living room, two bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The view is unbeatable with sea views both north and south. Transportation is by own boat or booked boat transport with us. Price: SEK 300/person round trip Storholmen-Spikarna. Time as agreed with us. Possibility to rent a boat for SEK 250/day

Öden's tree house Talltitan

This unique home lets you sleep up among the birds. Enjoy the view from a tree house 6 meters up in a pine tree. Its 8-sided shape makes the house feel spacious. About half the area is a large bed with room for two adults and 2 children. Electricity is withdrawn, a small element provides heat well into the fall. Toaster, stovetop and kettle are available as well as a water jug with tap. Below the cabin, there is a barbecue area for cooking. There is also an outdoor toilet with a water can, soap and towel

Airfryer, Micro, kokplatta, brödrost, vattenkokare etc Det finns busshållsplats ca 100m från boendet. Dessa går var 20 minut och det tar ca 15 min till Sundsvall centrum och stannar utanför Mitt universitetet på vägen. Har du bil så står du på gratis på parkeringen som tillhör huset. Gårdshuset är fullt utrustat, vackert inrett och har rofylld miljö. I gamla delen synliga timmerväggar. Flera av rummen har utsikt mot sjön. Huset är 130 kvm; kök, badrum med golvvärme och skön dusch. 4 vackra sovrum och rymligt allrum med braskamin. Uteplats med bord och stolar, grillplats med utsikt mot sjön samt studsmatta för barnen sommartid. Vid sjön vedeldad bastu att hyra samt roddbåt att låna. Lakan & handdukar kan hyras. Städning kan bokas. En stuga för 2 finns också att hyra.

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Som ligger nära naturen men även centralt i Söråker. Det är en helt nybyggd stuga med hög standard. Ett sovrum med 180cm skön dubbelsäng och ett rum med en 120cm skön enkelsäng. Vi har en fin bäddsoffa som blir 140cm bred där man kan sova två också. Wifi finns och ett fint badrum med dusch och både tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Det finns en mysig tomt som ni har helt för er själva. Med en eldstad, utemöbler, gunga och en kolgrill.

Welcome to the peaceful and calm little gem where you can enjoy the beauty of the nature. The house has fantastic views of the sea. Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk). Treat yourself to a fantastic experience, come and stay close to our alpacas and have a memorable stay! The tent is located in the alpacas' pasture and has a patio with outdoor kitchen and barbecue. In the tent, you sleep in a comfortable double bed. On the farm, in addition to the alpacas, there are chickens, a cat and a dog. Experience a real farm life in a quiet and beautiful environment.

Mysigt boende i en gammal flottarstuga som ligger på en ö i Måsjöforsen. Somna gott till bruset av forsen som helt omringar ön. Hängbro till fastland. Ett rum och kök. Kombinerat allrum och sovrum, 2 våningssängar samt en extra säng i köket. På ön finns endast utedass. Trädgårdsmöbler och grill utanför stugan. Uthyrning vår, sommar och höst.
