It has its own beach and jetty On the grounds there are two cabins to use. Cottage 1 has 2 bedrooms with a total of 3 beds, 1 living room with TV and fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher , stove, fridge, freezer and microwave. Dining area. Toilet with sink. Wifi Cabin 2 has an open room with 3 sleeping places and fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and incineration toilet. Laundry room. No Wifi.

High location with a nice view of the Ångermanälven river. Located between Kramfors and Sollefteå. You will have the entire house and grounds to yourselves. There is a heated hot tub on the Lay Z Spa terrace that can be heated up to 40 degrees. From the plot, there is a private path to Väja swimming area, the walk takes about 5-10 minutes. Nice bike paths nearby and a sea bath for the public a few hundred meters away as well as a jetty during the summer in close proximity to the house, 2 SUPs and 2 bikes are available as well as an inflatable kayak and pool (May-September). Inflatable extra beds are available. The house has 2 double beds as well as a bed that is 140 cm wide. 2 living rooms and spacious surfaces.

Please keep in mind that the house has an open floor plan between all levels which makes privacy a bit limited. Here you come in the first place to relax and rest up. But if you want to do things, there are many options! Winter is usually very snowy. Hassela Ski Resort is close by car, about 15 minutes. The hot tub closed under -15gr.
