High location with a nice view of the Ångermanälven river. Located between Kramfors and Sollefteå. You will have the entire house and property for yourselves. There is a heated hot tub on the terrace that is available all year round. This is included in the rent so there is no extra cost for it. From the plot, there is a private path to Väja swimming area, takes about 5-10 minutes to walk. Bedlinen and towels are included. Coffee capsules for the coffee machine are included. The guest house "Gittes guesthouse" is located in Häggvik, in the heart of the High Coast. The small house is a stone's throw to the jetty and about 150 meters to the marina. On the front, there is a small balcony in a sunny location. In the house, there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a kitchenette, a fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. Basic kitchen equipment is available. Arnäsleden with great opportunities for hiking passes just a few hundred meters from the house. Inside Örnsköldsvik, there is also the well-known adventure pool Pardiset.

Cabin by the Sea, Sjöstuga

Sjöstugan is located at Björköfjärden, Both Sea. In summer, there is access to a small motorboat located at the jetty. Around the cabin there is a wooden deck. Year built 2009. The house has a full kitchen and dishwasher, fridge and freezer, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The house has a bedroom with adjustable beds and kitchen/living room with sofa bed and a loft with two mattresses. Outside there are tables and sun chairs. In the winter when the ice is on, it's a great location for winter fishing, ice skating, or skiing.

Within 5-10 minutes is Rotsidan's beautiful rock formations reaching into the sea; Barsta and Bönhamn with restaurants and ferries to Högbonden; the Mannaminne museum, Gårdsbutiken, and a supermarket. Skuleberget/Via Ferrata is 30 min away. The cabin has an electric stove, outdoor grill and a trampoline for kids. The bathroom building features stunning bay-view too.

Berghamnstorp - a unique fishermans cottage with a seaview over the Berghamn bay. You have an outdoor hot tub with sauna and relax. The house has a large kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bath rooms and a cosy living room. Berghamn is a pearl because of the beutiful landscape, the old little fishing harbour, the fishermans chappel from 1750, but above all, the seclusion. In the bay you will find a great sand beach with a shallow sea. The place offers a magnificent view over the Bottnia sea.
