The cabin is a fully-equipped and comfortable idyll all year round. Private, quiet and very peaceful location close to the lake. Enjoy the garden with its unique waterfall and the wood-fired sauna. Walk to the village swimming area with additional sauna, and the cottage's boat/canoe/kayak. There are fishing waters, berry and mushroom picking areas, walking paths and snow in winter. On the farm, there are sheep and you are warmly welcome to bring your pet. My ambition is for you to have a really good time with me at hand without me disturbing you.

Sjöstugan

Sjöstugan is suitable both for those who are passing through (7 minutes from the E4) or if you can stay for a few days. Swim from the jetty or beach. Free access to an Eka boat, kayak, bicycles and barbecue grill (bring charcoal). Double bed, bunk bed and sofa bed. Do you need a baby bed and high chair? Incineration toilet, private shower cabin on the terrace. Feel free to rent bed linens and towels, a washing machine, a wood-fired sauna or electric car charging. Most of the time, we can offer breakfast. Cleaning is included in the rent.

Cozy and well-planned attic house of about 27 sqm. Here you live close to shops, restaurants, public transport and the city's offerings. Equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave. Perfect for those looking for a convenient, high-standard, centrally-located accommodation. Two bicycles are available to easily get around the city and are included in the accommodation. Welcome to Lillhuset, our farmhouse in a quiet location centrally in Söråker. Here, you can stay comfortably, with space for 3–4 people. The sleeping areas are divided into a bedroom with a smaller double bed and single bed, in the living room there is a sofa bed. Wifi and TV with Chromecast. Pets are welcome, 2 cats live on the property. EV charging stations are available; actual cost/consumption is charged according to the current electricity price. Welcome to this newly built house in beautiful Fällsvikshamn. The house was completed in the autumn of 2020, sea view and is close to the water. Fällsvikshamn is an older fishing village with old boathouses. You will live close to Rotsidan, bath from rocks or beach, hiking trails, excursion places, sea fishing and incredible natur. Underfloor heating in the hole house , and AC for sunny days. Wi-Fi, TV and normal housing standard. June-August only booking Sunday-Sunday.

Cabin by the sea

Cabin (about 55 sqm) on the host's property. Bed linen, towels and cleaning are included in the price. 50 meters to the sea and nice beach. It is possible to use a charging station for an electric car at a cost of SEK 3/kWh. In winter, the floor can be a little cold, there are slippers to borrow in the cabin. Please read the house rules before booking!
