PLEASE NOTE: Bed linen and towels are NOT included. Cleaning is also not included. Clean and throw garbage in the bin upon checkout. Leave the cottage cleaned and in the condition it was in when you arrived.

This house is 100 meter from a lake where you can swim and you have your private sauna directly by the lake. 1 km from the house to the opposite site, you can find the ocean with a beach. The place is 25 min from the town of Sundsvall by car. You can hire a two bicycles for an extra price of 200 kr and bycicle to the nearby siteseeing places such as the fisher village Skatan, the white guide restaurant and ocean walk Lörudden, the beach camping with minigolf Björköfjärden or Juniskär. Welcome to this newly built house in beautiful Fällsvikshamn. The house was completed in the autumn of 2020, sea view and is close to the water. Fällsvikshamn is an older fishing village with old boathouses. You will live close to Rotsidan, bath from rocks or beach, hiking trails, excursion places, sea fishing and incredible natur. Underfloor heating in the hole house , and AC for sunny days. Wi-Fi, TV and normal housing standard. June-August only booking Sunday-Sunday.

House in Höga Kusten

Högt läge med fin utsikt över Ångermanälven. Ligger mellan Kramfors och Sollefteå. Ni har hela huset och tomten för er själva. Finns en uppvärmd bubbelpool på altanen som är på året runt. Detta ingår i hyran så det tillkommer ingen extra kostnad för den. Från tomten går det en egen stig till Väja badplats, promenaden tar cirka 5-10 minuter. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår. Ingår minst 10 st kaffekapslar per dygn till kaffemaskinen. Slutstädning ingår. Varmt välkomna!

With eclectic details and a few minutes from the sea, cliffs, sandy beaches, nature reserve and restaurant Here you do not live for any convenience but for the proximity to nature with sea bathing, hiking to mountain peaks or longer excursions. Swimming, biking, kayaking (rent from me and SUP), hiking, swimming, fishing.

Bäckarängs farm

In northern Hälsingland, Bäckarängs gård has its roots in the 18th century. A comfortable and fresh holiday home with proximity to Hassela Ski Resort as well as winter fishing and snowmobile tours. The accommodation has comfortable double beds, a fully-equipped kitchen and laundry room with tumble dryer in the house's basement. The easiest way to get here is by car. On the property, there is plenty of parking, but we cannot currently offer electric car charging.

Enjoy the lovely environment of this charming place to stay in nature. 750 meters to the boat/beach in Ångermanälven. 15 minutes by car to Urkult. 5 minutes by car to store/convenience store/school/service point/restaurant. There are also bicycles, snowmobiles, ATVs and motorboats with sonar/fishing equipment for rent on the farm.
