Monthly Rentals in Varnamtown

Absolutely loved this cottage! It was beautiful, with so many nice touches. Very and welcoming and so comfortable. The owner, Gretchen, was so easy to work with and accommodating. I highly recommend this place and plan to stay there again!

We did our annual golf fraternity golf trip and this year several guys stayed at Sea Oats on Lockwood Folly. They all enjoyed staying at this home and I received comments like, "very comfortable," "clean, with plenty of amenities and convenient" and "a great house." Marty is a wonderful host and always responded to any question I had. The house description you see is exactly what you'll get and we plan on renting it again next year.

We loved this little gem! The location was great with just a short drive to the beach. It was such a peaceful place to be. The description & pictures were exactly the same as in person. It was like a cozy little home away from home and we enjoyed every minute! We will definitely be back again. Joseph was very responsive and so very helpful, and we had everything we could have possibly needed. This is a must stay! You will love it here!

We had a wonderful stay at the Guesthouse! It was squeaky clean when we arrived, and Carlee was such a lovely host, making sure we had everything we needed. The Guesthouse was decorated beautifully just as shown in the pictures. Shallotte is a great place to visit and very close to the beautiful Brunswick beaches. We were in town for my daughter’s college softball games, and this place was perfect for our needs. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone in the area. Thank you Carlee for being such a wonderful host!
