Quiet apartment with nice view, very functional. It is conveniently located, everything is within walking distance. I stayed there for two weeks and enjoyed my stay. Perfectly matches the photos and description! Damien is a responsive, pleasant and understanding host; the instructions given are clear. An excellent stay!

I booked Damien's place for my parents who were visiting me. The accommodation is perfect for two people especially if the occupants enjoy cooking since the kitchen is very large and sufficiently equipped. Everything is clean and nice. The neighborhood where the apartment is located is probably the best place to stay for a visit to Vannes: some of the best restaurants are a 3-minute walk away, and everything is within walking distance (market square, port...). Damien is very responsive, available and concerned about the well-being of his occupants. It was a real pleasure interacting with him. My parents want me to book the same place for their next visit to Brittany:) A big thank you to Damien!
