Absolutely stunning location - saw loads of wildlife from the terrace, and an amazing view over the water. Property was also very well supplied with a super modern kitchen and ample bed and bath space. Will be back!

Haining’s beautiful home is surrounded by nature, cute little towns, and the ocean just minutes away. Although we only stayed for one night, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, welcoming, and even had some board games which we enjoyed. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Spent 5 nights here in May 2025. Located in a beautiful spot with easy access to a beautiful hike along the water. The view from the hot tub is stellar. Lots of thoughtful amenities in the kitchen. We felt right at home! Bryan was friendly, had amazing local recommendations and was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Priceless views and amazing architecture are showpieces of this magnificent home that combines coziness, elegance, comfort and rustic charm. We’ve stayed at many airbnbs, but this one is a new favorite. It’s an ideal getaway for the whole family; plus it’s close to interesting hikes and restaurants. The kitchen is well stocked for eating at home. We didn’t enjoy the taste of the well water, but bought drinking water at Tru Value. Carley was very responsive and helpful throughout. We would love to come back in the summer.

The place was beautiful and absolutely spotless! And the extra little touches were everything. It was such a relaxing and comfortable stay, we really couldn't have asked for more.

Beautiful location very close to local beaches and a 10min drive to Sooke for a wide choice of restaurants and shops. Very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, very thoughtful welcome pack from Tess and large sofa with enough space for 4 adults. Beautiful views across the sea to Washington State on a clear day. The wildlife was an unexpected joy with deer and rabbits regularly on the grass in the mornings. Also worth a mention if you are a light sleeper, with the windows open, the birds are quite chatty from first light. Such a peaceful place to unwind. We will certainly be back and highly recommend to others.

We had a great stay! It’s the perfect spot for exploring the area and coming home to after a day of outdoor adventures. The hot tub, the big and well-stocked kitchen and lots of space to lounge.

We had a wonderful stay. Billie was friendly and approachable, and so wonderful. We enjoy the clean and comfortable place, and swimming pool. The place was very close from the main shopping/restaurants area and it made our stay very enjoyable. Thank you for everything Billie!

Booked Colleen’s place for a weekend getaway with the boyfriend, and it was a great stay! No complaints. The decor was really lovely! and it was awesome having your own hot tub, one of my favourite airbnb’s so far. Everything was clean and comfy. Very central location, easy 10 minute walk to almost everything. Even before we had our stay Colleen was so helpful sending me links and what not for fun things to do locally (my first real whistler trip). Thank you so much. We will be back!

Jamie was fantastic, so kind and welcoming. The place is very beautiful with a view that we never tired of. The setting was perfect for us as we wanted peace, quiet, and relaxation. We felt so lucky to stay here in such a wonderful setting in a place with everything we needed to stay in, relax and recharge after a intense surf sesh in Tofino! There is no mobile phone service as the listing states but high speed internet met our needs just fine. We would love to stay again. Thank you to these two fantastic hosts and for the opportunity to stay here.

Our family of 5 plus our dog enjoyed our stay at Oceanside Escapes. Johanna and Julie were readily available to answer any questions that we had before and during our stay. The cabin was well-supplied and had a binder listing many local recommendations. It was a short walk to Rathtrevor Beach which we all enjoyed, particularly our dog. All essential amenities and many attractions were nearby. The central air conditioner was especially helpful in keeping the whole cabin cool during the hotter days. We will be back.

Great place to stay in Port Alice!

Great little get away. Pool was awesome, hot tub was great. Great fenced front yard for the dogs. Back yard was quite big to be able to play with the kids. Very clean and tones of room. Ryan was great to deal with. Will definitely rent again on our next trip down. Thank you

Enjoyed the privacy of the unit and the beauty of Pacific Shores Resort. The kitchen was well equipped with lots of dishes and pots and pans. Heidi communicated well with good information.

An incredible stay. So peaceful and private, nestled within the tranquil fields of the farm. Just the right distance from town and nearby trails. The space was spotless and beautifully designed, and the sauna was a fantastic bonus.

The Chicken Coop is a delight—rustic, charming, and full of thoughtful details! The bedroom and living area are cozy and indoors, while the kitchen, bathroom, and fire area are enclosed but open to the fresh air. The Coop feels lovingly curated, from the 1950s farmcore decor to the bathrobes, homemade soap and butter, and gift basket with wine and s'mores. It's on a beautiful property with chickens and cows. Anne is a wonderful host—she gave us a warm welcome, showed us around, and made sure we felt right at home. The chicken coop is perfect for a peaceful, unique getaway.

Gorgeous little tree house, perfect for our 2 night stop in Squamish whilst on our honeymoon. So cute, great amenities, comfy bed! Honestly the place was a dream and we would definitely recommend! Only issue we had was locking/unlocking the door as it was slightly out of alignment but with a firm pull it was resolved, we raised this with the host who was extremely apologetic and assured us she would add to the listing you just pull the door hard! Overall a fantastic place!!

Sabrina and Dan were very kind and helpful. Our little Family had a very great and relaxing time. Great views , comfortable beds. Excellent wildlife viewing and a short walk or bike to beautiful Chesterman Beach. We hope to stay again!

Can't say enough good things about this place. it's like a home away from home. the location is quiet and private about 15 minutes from Uculet. The cabin is more like a small home, completely stocked with everything you need. All the appliances and hot tub/ grill were quality. Honestly it was hard to leave and absolutely worth the price
