Cabin vacation rentals in Vancouver Island

This cabin oasis was exactly what we needed, providing great proximity to Olympic National Park, beautiful mountain views, a great town with shopping and dining, and even a ferry traveling to Victoria Canada. We would absolutely love to stay here again and an added bonus was the large TV in the bedroom, which was not pictured, but a welcome surprise and nice way to wind down after a day of adventures - and the bed! possibly the comfiest bed I've ever slept on, with a plethora of pillows, which can be scarce at some hotels and air BNBs. The covered back porch, hot tub, grill, and fire pit were also extremely appreciated and handy to have. 10/10, it was honestly hard to leave!

My partner and I stayed for two nights at Ekta and Peters little cabin. It is such a unique, cozy and peaceful place. We enjoyed the hot tub under the stars and walked to a lovely beach to watch the sunset. Etka and Peter were lovely hosts and amazing artists. We loved seeing the chickens out scratching for bugs in the yard and the cats lazing in the sun. We highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. It was easy to find and the acreage was great for flying kites with my great nephew. We had some unfortunate family events happen during our trip and needed to make a few changes and Bryan was so generous and kind, he took the pressure off of our shoulders by making an acceptation for a family pet. The home was quite unique and we had a lot of fun in the game room, the hot tub was a hit for all! I have already recommended this house to other family members who travel up to Sequim. The Evergreen Forest Cabins were close to all the beaches, restaurants, and only a 30 min drive from Tofino! Very nice and quiet, fairly private, hot tub was fantastic. Cabin looked exactly like the pictures. Scott was very accommodating, and when we bumped into him briefly while we were out, he was extremely friendly and chatted with us about family friendly things to do in the area with our kiddos. We will 100% be back and have also recommended you guys to our friends ! Thank you for everything !

Beautiful place to stay, nice little cabin and really close to the beach!

We had such a lovely stay at Curtis and Jenny’s cabin—it was just what we needed to unwind, recharge, and soak in some much-needed peace and quiet. The cabin was cozy and thoughtfully equipped with everything for a comfortable escape. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a serene getaway from the city!

I have stayed here several times and will hopefully stay here in the future. It has such a great feel and the location is perfect!

Leanne’s place is a little slice of heaven! If we’re ever so lucky to find ourself back in Ukee it be the first place we check for. The sauna, fireplace, tub, and ocean are just perfect. The kitchen has everything you need for a night in. The property is just amazing.

This special spot is tucked away in the forest, just a short drive to town and to the many nearby beaches. The casita is beautiful and cozy with its wood panelled ceilings, yellow doors, comfy furnishings and heated concrete floors. The kitchen is well stocked and the place feels like a home with art on the walls, movies to watch, and many interesting books I wish I'd had time to read! It felt private and secluded, surrounded by towering trees. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to be back one day.

My partner and I had a really great stay at Ferngully Cabins this weekend! The place was just as described and photographed. Very peaceful weekend getaway. The cabin is super close to nearby beaches which was great! I would stay again!

The views and the place are magical. Shane is an effective and friendly host. He promptly fixed the fire pit, and had us checking in with flexible hours.

We had an amazing stay at this cozy little cabin! It was beautifully designed inside, with a charming and comfortable vibe that made it feel like a true home away from home. The instructions for finding the cabin were clear and easy to follow, and the place had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat!

Very comfortable, clean cabin in a beautiful, convenient location. Comfortable fold-out sofa bed and spacious rooms. Only downsides: cabin doesn’t get much natural light and even with interior lighting, still felt a bit dark. Also, a Keurig coffee machine would be a much-appreciated amenity to add!

Da Cabane is a quiet and beautiful spot which our family of four thoroughly enjoyed. It was warm and cosy and had everything we needed, including some stunning views!

Newly built, great decor, clean and cute. Bed is comfortable and has a great little kitchenette.

Cabin was great looked like on photos. Felt recently renovated. Bathroom doesn’t have “roof” which is tiny bit inconvenient. Also keys are very easy to discharge, but the host is very responsive and fast to help.

We had such a lovely stay at Raquel’s place! Raquel was super responsive and easy to communicate with—she gave us lots of helpful info about the area, and when we ran out of pancake mix, she even brought us a new bag (so thoughtful!). The place itself is really cute and peaceful, with cows nearby and a sweet big black cat we got to meet. It’s in a great location too—right off the main road and just a minute away from a cider place we really enjoyed. The room was spotless and well equipped. We appreciated the selection of teas, the automatic coffee machine, and even dog biscuits—it’s clear a lot of care goes into making guests feel welcome. There were a few harmless ants here and there, but honestly nothing to complain about. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Scott’s place for our 1 year anniversary was absolutely perfect. We are so happy we chose to stay outside of downtown Friday Harbor & got to enjoy the island for 3 nights. We will be back to stay here again in the future. Amazingly cozy bed, perfect deck to enjoy morning coffee, sooooo peaceful (soul healing) and we felt so welcome at Scott’s cabin. The kitchen was perfectly equipped for light bites & snacks between meals (for us) with an adorable retro refrigerator. Highly recommend for anyone that is looking to enjoy downtown Friday Harbor + all of the surrounding spots on the island ( Roche Harbor, Westcott Bay Shellfish Farm, Cattle point Road/lighthouse, English Camp, etc). Each stop felt like a very easy drive, and we saw so much unexpected beauty. Thank you very much to Scott and his wife for the PERFECT stay.

Laurel's place was heavenly ! The place was very easy to find and it was everything we were hoping for!! Fenced property for our pup was great, clear instructions for everything around the house, very warm and welcoming :) Falls are walking distance, town with nice restaurants is also 5-10 min drive away. Sauna was the highlight of our stay there :) Very cozy and heartwarming place. The hosts were very proactive in answering questions for us and super nice !! Would love to go back and stay a while longer next time.

After driving and staying at hotels, this cabin was a welcome change of pace. The space was beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. The cabin was well stocked, but not cluttered. The kids enjoyed the tennis court and the location was a great spot to use as home base while exploring the olympic peninsula. We would stay here again.

I will start by saying that of all the places we’ve stayed, and there have been many, this was by far the best and our favourite for so many reasons. The location was perfect to get away from life’s crazy side but a short drive to all amenities. The accommodations were modern, extremely clean and well laid out for visiting and resting. The entire place (kitchen to bedroom) had everything you might imagine your own place to have so it was literally a home away from home with added touches. We will definitely return to Julie and Jason’s place again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the backyard which was bright and sunny with a fire in the evening. The only recommendation would be replacing the coffee pot. It took some time to brew a small pot. Other than that, our weekend was thoroughly enjoyable.
