We stayed one night at Minh's place. It was so, clean, peaceful and a great location with a sea view from each room. We reached at around 10 pm by then the restaurants in the neighborhood were closed so we cooked our food and enjoyed a homely dinner at the apartment. It was such a relief to have all the cooking arrangements 😊 Overall, Minh has been a very caring and responsive host, she prepared warm water for us before we arrived. She also helped us with luggage storage at another apartment while we went for the bay tour. Thank you so much Minh for your care and support. 🙏

The apartment is really beautiful, very new, very clean, very comfortable for a family of 6 and perfectly matches the photos. Extremely responsive host to troubleshoot and help us. Nevertheless, a few points of attention: the amenities that are mentioned in the listing do not exist yet. The lot of buildings are still under construction, and the outdoor spaces are far from finished. I think there will never be a pool contrary to what is written. Maybe one day a gym, maybe a spa? but the listing is clearly confusing about these amenities. This is probably our biggest disappointment. The neighborhood (early June) is extremely empty, it's pretty confusing, so it's easy to walk on the big avenues without a car, but it can look like a ghost town. We enjoyed the few small restaurants open on schedule, the small supermarket open all day.

The big plus is the responsiveness of the caretaker who made us a lot of services: linens, groceries, meals... which was very useful, not being vehicles.
