Nice place and very helpful host ! They was helping me with the ride both way from Hanoi to ha long with increadible smooth travel. I was walking around a bit and found many nice coffee shop near by. The room was clean and organize with exactly like in images. I have my good stay here!

* Living room, kitchen, 2 rooms (2 beds), 2 bathrooms/2 hair dryers/Toilet clean/9kg LG washing machine with drying function on the veranda/Samsung air conditioner in the living room and room (with detergent, fabric softener)/Clean towels/Toiletries provided-Head and shoulder shampoo, body wash, female cleanser, shaving cream * I used it after the day of the Ha Long Bay cruise ~ I was worried that there were no reviews, but to conclude, I recommend it! First of all, the host was so kind and put a lot of effort to communicate. He helped me with problems besides the accommodation, so it was very helpful for my trip to Hanoi! The accommodation feels like a high-end officetel by Korean standards! They say there is a swimming pool and a gym, but it's a pity that we couldn't use the pool on our schedule, but it looked good.. Be sure to use it! There are always security guards in the lobby on the first floor, and there is a card when entering and boarding the elevator, so the security is good. There are drinks, sweets, vending machines, grocery stores, and pharmacies in the lobby... Most of the👍 locations were taken by taxi, but it was close, and the taxi app you told us about was cheaper than Grab, so it was useful. I found a BBQ restaurant that Koreans would like nearby, and I shared it with the host, so I recommend asking and going! I went on a trip to Sapa, Hanoi, and Ha Long Bay, and it was the best accommodation I've ever used. If it's this clean in Vietnam, it's a hotel. I don't tend to write a review on Airbnb, but it was so perfect that I really wanted to leave a review! I hope the fish and three wonderful shrimp with colorful colors are also healthy ^ ^ I hope my review is helpful. Everyone is healthy and happy.♥️

Thao was an outstanding host, perhaps the best I've ever met! She was incredibly friendly and always responsive to our needs. Her apartment matched the photos perfectly; it is very cozy and tidy. The sea view from the bedroom is stunning! If I were to revisit Ha Long, I would definitely book this place again. Highly recommend!

Very nice accommodation experience, the room design structure is very good, very suitable for family travel, we can move freely with the children, each room has a beautiful sea view, and it is very quiet, downstairs to the beach and food market are very convenient, the host is helpful, helped us to send the missing things to another city we went to.Thank you for this encounter, waiting for us to come back next time❤️❤️❤️

It was a spacious and relaxing place for 7 people to stay. It was as pictured, had walking access to the beach, and was very peaceful. However, there was a little noise during the day because the house next door was under construction, but there was no inconvenience in living because I was usually out. Both the host and the housekeeper listened to my needs well and were kind.

The villa is huge and good for group travelling. The host was very friendly and warming welcome us. You can ask him for supplying coal to do BBQ at night. We enjoy our stay very much and strongly recommended this place

What a fantastic place! I can't imagine there are places in the same price category that can offer as much as Orestay Homestay does. Nice and clean big rooms, comfy beds and pillows, fast internet, new TV's, helpful and really friendly hosts, great breakfast, relaxing atmosphere in the garden. I've been traveling for a month and this was definitely the place where I got most value for my money. A perfect place to stay for a couple of days if you're visiting Ha Long.

The penthouse is beautiful and better than what we had imagined. It has scenic views of the Halong and other islands. It is perfect for a group of upto six people and matches the description.

Thuy’s apartment was perfect for our one month stay. Every day we woke up feeling rested, thanks to one of the most comfortable beds. We also enjoyed great food and drinks on M2. I had the pleasure of staying at Minh’s apartment at Best Western Sapphire and was thoroughly impressed. The apartment was exactly as described — modern, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. Minh was an exceptional host, demonstrating excellent communication and genuine care throughout my stay. The location is also excellent, with many great coffee shops and restaurants nearby, all while being in a quieter area away from the more touristy parts of the city. Her responsiveness and attention to detail made the entire experience seamless. I would highly recommend Minh’s apartment to any future guests and would gladly stay again.
