Vacation rentals with beach access in Vân Đồn District

The house is spacious and sufficiently furnished. It’s in a back alley and this way mostly quiet. Not very central so a motorbike rental is recommended, one bike is included with the place. Enjoy the local food just a few doors down which is a hidden treasure. Great for a few nights stay, easy communication. Be aware that the mattress is on the harder side, if your sensitive for that.

My friends and we stayed at this place for one night and this honestly was one of the best accommodation experiences in Asia in my life. Everything was so nice. The house is awesome! It feels like home. All rooms were clean and Jay prepared everything what we needed. Also he was open for our special requests, but we didn’t have one. Highly recommend this place in Ha Long! There are also many restaurants around, you can walk there - the surroundings are beautiful as well. Thank you Jay for this beautiful place!

I had a very pleasant stay at this Airbnb. Came here just shortly after typhoon Yagi hit Ha Long. Therefore some amenities and services were unfortunately not offered, which didn’t bother me too much. Hung is a very proactive and welcoming host, he reacted always fast and friendly and assisted with any questions and enquiries. Would highly recommend staying here, it’s a lovely place and you are in great hands 🌅

Loved it!!! The landlady was very nice, and as soon as something needed fixing, they got it done within 10 minutes. The cleaning lady was also very sweet, and it was very clean and neat. The location is bit to the side, but in general, I would highly recommend it. Well worth of 5 stars

We had a blast! Pros: • The penthouse matched all the pictures with a fully-equipped kitchen. There were 6 wine glasses, plenty of shot glasses and lots of cooking utensils. • All the decoration was done nicely and the lighting was great (bedrooms even had floor lights). • The balcony was HUGE and even had a BBQ grill that we regretted not bringing food to use it. • The host was very responsive and helpful, helping us in every way they could. • There were 1-2 small grocery stores on the ground floor. They even sold ice! • There was a Vietcombank ATM right at the entrance. • This complex doesn’t have much of a nice view but they have a large playground on the inner yard. Cons: • The TV in the master bedroom seemed like a domestic Chinese product, unlike the TV in the living room. We couldn’t access anything with that Chinese-only display (no YouTube or Netflix buttons). • There is no microwave in the kitchen. • Ceiling/floor is not very thick or soundproof. Highly recommended!

2nd return of the year. Every room has a direct view to the sea, the 29th floor should see the panorama of Ha Long, clean, full facilities like at home. RCM should book here

Amazing, will visit again. We had 2 big dogs (Labs), but the host was very accommodating and helpful. Had a wonderful stay and will strongly recommend to everyone.

The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described—if not better. It had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay, plus a few thoughtful extras that made it feel like home. The location was perfect, close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!
