We stayed one night at Minh's place. It was so, clean, peaceful and a great location with a sea view from each room. We reached at around 10 pm by then the restaurants in the neighborhood were closed so we cooked our food and enjoyed a homely dinner at the apartment. It was such a relief to have all the cooking arrangements 😊 Overall, Minh has been a very caring and responsive host, she prepared warm water for us before we arrived. She also helped us with luggage storage at another apartment while we went for the bay tour. Thank you so much Minh for your care and support. 🙏

L'appartement est vraiment très beau, très neuf, très propre, très confortable pour une famille de 6 personnes et correspond parfaitement aux photos. Hôte extrêmement réactif pour résoudre les problèmes et nous aider. Néanmoins, quelques points d'attention : les équipements qui sont mentionnés dans l'annonce n'existent pas encore. Le lot d'immeubles est encore en construction, et les espaces extérieurs sont loin d'être terminés. Je pense qu'il n'y aura jamais de piscine contrairement à ce qui est écrit. Peut être un jour une salle de sport, peut être un spa? mais l'annonce prête clairement à confusion vis à vis de ces équipements. C'est sûrement notre plus grande déception. Le quartier (début juin) est extrêmement vide, c'est assez déroutant. il est donc facile de se promener sur les grandes avenues sans voiture, mais ça peut ressembler à une ville fantôme. Nous avons apprécié les quelques petits restaurants ouverts selon les horaires, le petit supermarché ouvert toute la journée.

Magnifique endroit avec la plus belle plage qu on ait vue dans notre vie. Le gros plus est la reactivité du gardien qui nous a rendu énormément de services: linge, courses, repas… ce qui etait tres utile, n etant pas vehiculès. Nous etions hors saison et la plage de 6km etait à nous seuls. Incroyable. Merci

We loved our stay in Ha Long. The apartment is conveniently located, close to the water and walkable streets with cafés and restaurants. The apartment is clean and well equipped, our stay although short was very comfortable. Communications with the host were very easy and helpful. Would absolutely recommend and go back during our next visit in Ha Long.

We enjoyed our stay in the appartment of Chi. Thank you very much for the friendly communication. Chi was very helpful, gave as a lot of tips of what to see and asked several times if everything is okay. We also got a breakfast on our last morning, thank you for that! The appartment was very clean and nice. We enjoyed the view from the 18th floor. It was great!
