Try our cozy 3 bed, 2.5 bath home complete with amazing waterfront views and a fire pit down by the water; easily sleeps 9+. There are great wineries, breweries, and apple orchards close by and we're only 2 hours from Chicago. There's a row boat, 2 kayaks, and paddle board available. Kimberly was a great host. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a nice quiet weekend with family. Nice views and very quiet. Kimberly provided clear instructions for entry and check in and was available to us for communication although it was not need as everything was easy to use and easy to fine. Great spot for a quiet weekend.

We were in town for my Nieces wedding. The house was very clean, spacious, and comfortable! The air conditioning ended up blowing a fuse, so I did need to reach out to Chris. Communication was seamless. We were comfortable with the windows open and fans on, great ceiling fans!! They also offered us a third night for our inconvenience and brought us a very nice gift bag Sunday morning. We couldn’t use the night because of prior obligations, but would have loved to. If we are ever in the area again, I would happily stay there! 😊 Highly recommend!!

The house was very clean and super cute! We felt safe throughout our stay and loved being so close to lots of restaurants and activities in downtown St. Joe. Ivana was a fantastic host—very responsive and helpful. The bedrooms were a good size and comfortably fit my guests and me. The kitchen was a highlight: fully stocked with everything we needed, including a great coffee bar and a countertop ice maker. The outdoor space was also great, with a firepit and wood provided. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We loved our stay here. The house was great and had a great space for the kids. The location is great and very close to the park and beach. The house had lots of things for kids (toys, booster seats, stroller, etc). The kids all want to come back.

Beautiful space located extremely close to the beach and downtown area. We left our car parked in the lot the entire weekend and were able to easily navigate throughout the area. The apartment was spacious and clean! Angela and team provided easy communication and instructions throughout the entire process. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!
