Monthly Rentals in Vamos

Truly amazing hosts. We had to book last minute and the hosts accommodated us on the same day with our 2 children. The stone house was beautiful and the village and surroundings delightful. The hosts shared with us very useful tips for things to do and see around. We hope to be back and highly recommend the place.

Manos & Elefthera were waiting for us to arrive. our flight was delayed, but we contacted them in the meantime and it was no problem. Because we arrived in the dark we had no idea what the surroundings looked like so we were woken up to a stunning view. Absolutely beautiful. You can just sit on the terrace and drink it all in. The house is big, exactly as described, very clean. Communication with the host is always very quick and friendly. Parasia tavern is a must. You need to drive there, its too far to walk. The pizzeria in the village is very good too. They have loads of other food besides pizza. Vamos is a cute little village. We didn't want to leave, but we had booked another address for the second week. We can totally recommend Manos's place and who knows we might be back some time.

2nd time staying at the villa, this is really home from home for us now. We used our second stay here for a total rest from UK life. We spent 10 days in Vamos and did not venture out the village due to needing a total re charge of our batteries. So what can you do for 10 days in Vamos, we’ll visit the square for nice coffee and cake, visit the lovely tavernas for evening meals. And sit round the villa by the pool and enjoying the beautiful weather. Will be visiting again where we will venture out to the beautiful beaches and the port of Chania. Lovely house in a beautifully maintained olive grove and garden. The house is one of a few houses like it in the area, but they’ve managed to maintain the old farmhouse feel while having all the amenities that you might need. It’s an easy walk to Vamos, with some great tavernas and little bars. Great spot, highly recommend
