It was just a dream house near a beautiful lake. You feel like you are resting on the lake when you are at the balcony.The house was very clean and comfortable.Andrea was very friendly and helpful.Communication was very fast.Just the kitchen needs some basic herbs and coffee/tea which would be helpful for families.On the other hand, iron,washing machine,vacuum cleaner and baby chair were bonus for us.We would like to come back some day.Thank you

Perfect location for our stay. The view is dreamy. The apartment is centrally located and the area is perfect. Giovanni and Katia went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The apartment is modern, clean, and comfortable. I would definitely recommend and hope to stay again.

It isn't often that holiday accommodation exceeds ones hopeful expectations but this house, overlooking Lake Lugano, really did. Absolutely wonderful. The five bedrooms are all huge and most of them overlook the lake. The furnishings in all the rooms have been carefully and tastefully selected, and beautifully cared for. The kitchen is very well stocked with loads of crockery, cutlery and gadgets, and was spotless. The bathrooms were also perfectly clean with huge basins and modern showers. The beds are all huge and comfortable and were made up with lovely white linen. The lightweight duvets were the right weight for the season. There were more than enough towels for everyone, and there were even towels that could be used outdoors. I don't think that we could have asked for anything more. Regards Liz

Mattie’s apartment was excellent. It was perfect for a holiday away. Mattia went above and beyond with his recommendations and the amazing Easter treats for our family. Communication was amazing, the location was great for our needs, and the house was in great condition. There was plenty of bedding and towels. Parking was simply and close by to the apartment (1-2 minutes). Definitely try the restaurant next door. Our family would happily stay there again! Thanks Mattia!
